We pulled in 17 minutes before they closed. We were ready to order and sat at the terminal for 15 minutes. 11:00 hit and still no one took our order. There were a lot of employees sitting around talking and playing on their phones at the outside tables, clearly not doing their jobs. We waited a little after 11 just to see if someone would say something to us, but instead they deactivated our button and continued to ignore us when we pressed it again.

I’m only giving four stars because of the carhop, Nikki. This lady deserves a raise or something. She always has such a nice attitude. I’ve never been there while she’s working where she wasn’t as sweet as she could be. I can’t say the same for most of the other employees. I visited today and they got my order wrong and she was so nice about it and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. She even gave me a free small ice cream. It seemed like she was the only one that was outside working and she still exceeded expectations.

When you advertise a party melt please make a patty melt. Raw onion is not okay, it supposed to be grilled and lettuce should not make it on there either. I have been a long time Sonic fan, but the Dublin Sonic does not live up to expectations. Do better, please…at least show you tried.

Been to sonic 3 times in the past two weeks to get slushies, all three times my slushies came to me completely melted. No slush at all. Everytime I asked to make a new one and it came back the same. If the machine is down please tell people ahead of time. Had to put some ice in mine and just called it a peach flavored drink instead of a slushy.
