I ordered the Buffalo sauced jumbo popcorn chicken combo with tater tots. Ordering was fast and simple. The food was brought to my vehicle quickly. They have many different signature limeades and hand-mixed shake options too. Fast and friendly service.

They will over charge even double charge. I ordered mozzarella sticks, they told me I had to pay for sauce! A condiment that has automatically came with this side , all my life practically. And the sauce was .25 more. The young people working are so rude. I come alot and try to give grace, but my goodness , its always an issue. Even when they had a deal promo on TV where certain sides were $1 from 2-5pm. We went, we ordered and they said they didn’t know how to do the deal yet bc it was the 1st day so they charged us regular and $1 for each cheese cup that comes with the soft pretzel, although we did not ask for the cheese. Smh

I ordered a triple. They charged me for a triple. They gave me a double. I contacted sonic two weeks ago with receipts and photos. No one involved has made any effort at all to correct it. I had to go through the bank to get the difference refunded.

Mistakes happen, but a business chooses how to address those mistakes. This business has chosen to not address them at all. There are other sonic locations nearby.

Just ordered online witnessed one of the busiest workers bringing me my food, handling drive thru, and did it all with the best attitude. Omg if you don’t give her a raise I’m coming back for food and a fight but yes the wraps and toffee bites were excellent ❤️❤️❤️

Tried the new menu items: the steak and bacon grilled cheese, and the bbq seasoned tater tots. The grilled cheese was alright. The steak itself was very dry and bland, but the other fixings on the sandwich helped to elevate the flavor. The bbq seasoning tots were pretty good; it kind of taste like lays bbq chips seasoning but in the form of a wetter rub. Overall the food itself was about 3 stars, but I’ll give an extra star for the fast and great service.

Ordered my food and it took forever to come out so I hit the red button again to tell them I never gotten my food. Was told it was on the way waited a little longer. Food shows up chicken tenders cool and my milkshake was watery sent the it back. They waited a while then sent me the same shake back like I wouldn’t know

Ok. I’m not one to give one star ratings very often. I specifically do not rate or review a business without taking thought and consideration in how I do so. I absolutely hate seeing careless one star ratings. If I rate a business with one star you can rest assured it is well deserved. With that being said, I cannot be more unhappy with my experience with this Sonic. I don’t flip out over a mistake or one bad attitude. I usually just cuss in my head and move on. In this case though there were no mistakes made. What I experienced can only be defined as carelessness and was completely unacceptable. Frankly I am embarrassed to even admit how many times I went back in order to share this review now. Not one, two, three or even four but 6 times IN 3 MONTHS I experienced bad service from this place. 4 of which occured within a 2 week time period. The first time my husband and I were given food that was completely drenched in oil/grease. Im talking so bad that it not only soaked through the cardboard box it was in but had soaked thru the bag and onto my $130 miss me jeans and you know what happens when your jeans get drenched in oil? Yea. Now imagine how pissed I am about my $40,000 car’s custom interior seat having oil sitting on it? We were appalled that anyone would think to give that to a customer bc it even looked like the tots were the strays that had accumulated in the grease and were put in my bag. Thats not a mistake. That is just assholish and I have no other way to describe it. The 4 in 2 weeks deal started off with a hot fudge sundae that had no hot fudge and instead there was an unknown sticky tar like substance that I was not willing to eat after the first bite. I proceded to dump it in the sink and and after i scraped out one spoonful I saw a very liquidy/watery substance. I made a video of myself rinsing the cup out (or trying) with steaming hot water and the “fudge” was so sticky it wouldn’t come out of the cup after 5 straight min of rinsing (with the high powered shower rinse thingamajig that is made for blasting away foods stuck to dishes. I have never had somuch trouble rinsing anything as i did that cup. Hot fudge in a soft served icecream should have rinsed right out. See my pics! The next 2 incidents: 2 Sundaes I bought for my son and myself. We both spit out our first bite and I just threw them away. The next day i go back and get 2 more. Same thing. So I call 2 ask if they changed their icecream or what was up with the awful taste of it and I was completely dumbfounded with the response I got. The girl says “why? Was it really bad? Yea… were cleaning the machines right now and were cleaning one side out and the other side is the good side. Idk why its been bad. Do you wanna talk to a manager?” You have got to be KIDDING me?! Did you just tell me that you gave me ice cream 2 days in a row from a machine that is being cleaned that has (and i quote) a bad side and all the while you were already aware that customers were getting foul tasting ice cream? You couldnt do what everyone else does and not sell ice cream while you’re cleaning the machine it’s sitting in? I don’t have enough room 2 write my other complaints but let’s just say they are equally as disturbing. I will never go back to this Sonic and would recommend anyone else to avoid this one as well.
