Waited in parking lot for an online order for almost 20 mins till I asked the carhop if she could tell me why everyone was getting their food but me. She went in and come right back out with a lukewarm corn dog and a watered down drink. When I asked was the corn dog at least warm she said she felt it through the wrapper & it wasn’t cold. After waiting that long I was already running late so needless to say I didn’t enjoy my drink and didn’t eat the corn dog. She should not have brought me something that had been sitting on a rack for almost 30 mins.

This place consistently sucks. Wait times are faster at a sit down restaurant. I’m currently sitting here waiting for a mobile order and it’s been half an hour since I pulled into my spot.

This had to be the worst experience at a Sonic ever! Waited for about two minutes before I was asked to “hold on “ from the drive thru attendant. I ordered two toaster combos and a breakfast burrito combo. I was told I couldn’t order small combos they had to be medium or larger. Pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutes before the cashier took my debit card. And another 3-4 before I got it back. It was apparent loud music was playing In the background and it wasn’t family appropriate because of language.
I made the mistake of not checking my food until I got home. The tater tots were fried in old, burnt oil and the toast was also burnt. The breakfast burrito was NOT WORTH IT… it was smaller than the sausage burrito from McDonald’s. I immediately drove back for a refund. The manager seemed oblivious and had a fake friendly attitude. It didn’t seem like he cared that his store was a wreck and they had put out horrible quality product.
The outside appearance is rough and unkept. I should have seen the outside would reflect the food quality and overall value. I will not be back to this Sonic until changes are made to management and staff.

This was the worst food ever! The fries weren’t even eatable. Chicken sandwich is probably going in the garbage. I also had a double cheeseburger that I ate and now feel ill. Place is just disgusting. Oh and they had no ice. This place needs to be shut down. If I want to waste 20 bucks I’ll go elsewhere. People work hard for their money and I don’t care that it’s fast food it should still be good enough to eat and not get sick.

This place is a mess. From the delays in service to visible mouse traps on the sides of the building, to the absolutely disgusting bathrooms next to kitchen, it might be the most disgusting fast food place Ive ever been to. The food was cold too. On the plus side, none of us got sick.

I have consistently poor experiences at this location. I had two cars in front of me today waiting for their orders and I waited 10+ minutes to place my order. Finally was able to order, and they tell me they can’t sell me a cup of ice. There were seven cars waiting behind me and several cars left while I waited, included someone who ordered before me.

My husband and I dropped by last night to grab some drinks on our way to the gas station. I am BEYOND impressed by the service (night shift) we received from this location! The staff went above and beyond to ensure it was a great experience. Our drinks were so good, made perfectly. I should also mention this is my first time ever leaving a review ANYWHERE, that should def attest to how impressed I was by everything. If you haven’t tried the pretzel twists with the signature cheese dip then do yourself a favor and give it a try. I must say that is the absolute BEST snack I have ever had the fortune of eating! I will be going back to this location time and again just for the amazing service and delicious food! Thanks for a great experience and motivating me to write my very first Google review! You guys are amazing

Didn’t put hardly any flavoring in the slushy drinks. One drink was literally just the slushy ice. I have never had a problem like this at any sonic before.
