i ordered two ultimate meat and cheese burritos, waited 30 mins and decided to hit the button and ask what was going on. the girl said she was about to bring it out, so when she brought the order out, it was the supersonic burritos and not the ultimate that i ordered. (they were also cold) so i hit the button again and told her the order was wrong. i showed her what i ordered and explained it was completely wrong. so then she proceeds to tell me she will have it remade. i wait another 20 minutes and still haven’t gotten my order. so i hit the button again and this time a guy answers, i let him know my order was wrong and that we’ve been waiting nearly an hour at this point for TWO BURRITOS. he asks what was wrong with it because he made the order. i explain to him that he made the wrong burritos, he argues with me that he made the ultimate meat and cheese burritos and i tell him no he didn’t , the ones they brought me have tomato’s, onions, jalapeños in them. he said that is the ultimate i say no they’re not, that’s the supersonic burritos. i worked at a sonic for 3 years, i know the menu like the back of my hand. he clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about and needs to be trained better. then he tells me to go on the app and request a refund bc i have “an attitude” and i cussed at him apparently. i cant even go on the app and request a refund because it still says the order is being made, over an hour later. so now i have no food and i am out of my money. please do better, this whole experience was insane

The pickle fries were soggy and breading falling off and the tater tots were clearly refried. Maybe they thought we wanted all the old fries in the basket and that would make us happy. Forgot ketchup despite asking for it. Don’t have high expectations of any fast food place especially these days but this was a disappointment. Waitress was friendly and new building design is neat. Other than that go somewhere else

Didn’t catch her name, but the lady who brought out our food was extremely rude. There were problems with our order (meaning it wasn’t done right the first time) and when we asked her to correct it, she rolled her eyes and acted extremely rude to us. We even had preemptively left a tip on the order. Never doing that again

The last two times I’ve come here employees have blocked off the mobile entries and the stall entries to where they aren’t acceptable. I understand they are probably way to understaffed and I know they are hiring but i.think a sign with a reasoning would be better as ma u people get co.fused there is a lot of backing up and it’s not very safe.

The guy who took our order was irritated and rude for no reason. The girl who brought our food was nice. My chili dog was fine until I found a long hair in it. The food is not as good as I remembered. It was a little soggy.

Good afternoon America! And I see America because my post reach millions of people on Google Maps!

DO NOT go to this establishment!

It took over 10 minutes to get my food and my food was brought out to me. It was not even the correct order.

Not to mention the fries were ice cold!!!

I asked for new fries and five minutes later she brings out fries.

There was no napkins in either of the bag like when you go to a restaurant like sonic do you need napkins?

I don’t care if you sit outside in your car or take it home you need napkins absolutely horrible manager!!!!! And then the Gall to come out and asked me if everything was OK because I was making her carhop feel uncomfortable….. because I asked for fries that were warm and also napkins and then she had the gull to ask me to leave the property.

Unbelievable!!!

I will be talking to corporate.

Stopped by at 2:30pm on a Thursday to get a sonic blast and a shake. Unable to order either due to the ice cream and shake machines being cleaned. Isn’t that something that would be done early before opening or at the end of the day when closing? Why in the middle of the day? Since that was all we went for, we left empty handed.

Ordered only 1 milkshake 3 shushies, and 1 order of tater tots, and it took 30 minutes to get our order. We had to go up and ask them where our order was TWICE. The first time we asked they said that they were short staffed and were still making it even though there was only one other car besides us. The second time, one of them looked over and saw that our order was sitting there the whole time! When we were finally able to enjoy our stuff all of our slushies and milkshake melted, also the tater tots were cold. This Sonic is a joke. Without any real management, this place will remain this way.

This was the 2nd time with a week that I have purchased food here. Both times I have been told no smashers burgers. The young man working the driver thru was lacking politeness, professionalism and knowledge of what a customer needs. He replied yea, had to tell him I had drinks and I needed a drink carrier. Beautiful little restaurant but it’s definitely lacking in food and the quality of service.
