Ordered on the app, 3 items and 2 drinks. After 20 minutes they still hadn’t dropped all the food items to cook. Sat in the mobile order stall for more than 30 minutes ten after we went inside to inquire about our order. Don’t waste your time on this location. All this with 2 other cars in the parking lot. Never again! After all this they didn’t even get the order right!

Ordered food here today and it wasn’t fresh at all hard French fries and tots. I specifically told them I wanted 2 fries and 2 tots with the meal and what did I get a fry and 3 tots. Tots were supposed to be cheese tots and they didn’t do that either. My husband was supposed to get a triple smash burger and only got a double. Whoever the girl was ordering needs to get off the mic because I told her my order twice so it wouldn’t be messed up and it was still messed up. I will not return to this sonic!! Waste of time and money!!

Before my experience of today I loved the milkshakes but we ordered and payed still after 15 min they still hadn’t given us the order. After all this the milkshakes were melted. They also said that we didn’t order or pay.

I waited 20 minutes for my food and I was the only customer in the lot. Then I get back to my room to eat it and the tots were so hard they could bust windows. The burger patties were really cold. The employees were too busy talking and dancing to even notice me trying to get their attention at the window. Absolutely worst meal I ever purchased. I threw it in the trash and went elsewhere for a good meal. Last time I will visit THAT Sonic. And the parking lot was trashed and you could tell it had been like that for days

You were out of minis. Got a small and only was given enough for a mini cup in a sonic blast. That’s ridiculous. Expensive then don’t give enough. I could see the hole where it was supposed to be mixed and it’s empty not even at the line inside the cup. Then I started to mix it and it just went even more down. What a waste. Got no receipt either for ticket number or order. I won’t be coming here bc both sonic blasts were like this. Third stall by entrance around 220-250pm. Added photo at 306pm with lid off. I haven’t even eaten any. So much space left. Before you say it’s melted. I mixed more and still same space

These new fries suck. Not eating here anymore. And bacon cheeseburger taste like old grease. If you value your money don’t eat here. Used to be good. But they are becoming horrific now. Horrible food!! Horrible burnt bacon on burger

Just bought a bacon burrito from sonic in Statesboro on main. Absolutely disgusting. Smell just like OLD GREASE—could not get past the smell. Waste of money. It went straight in the trash. Will nor be back ever for breakfast!!! Would give zero stars if I could!!!!!

Food was wrong, we ate anyway because my boyfriend would’ve been late going back to work, I went for a refund when I got off work and because I didn’t bring the food back (I took a picture), they won’t do anything. Will provide a picture of the food and the receipt if needed
