I hate adding a sucky review, but hopefully these reviews are prompting leadership to address things.

First time at this Sonic after a city center visit. 2 hotdogs took over 10 mins. Pretzel was tasty (I’ll get it again) but I realized that I was shorted a cheese dip. Cheddar peppers were okay, and I was missing the ranch. They did bring me a cup of water when I asked, so I gave another star for service. Not really flocking back to this place anytime soon.

First time ever coming to Sonic and it’ll be the last. The experience was genuinely unpleasant from start to finish. The woman on the intercom (a big-set Caucasian female with a visible “1997” tattoo) was extremely rude and aggressive, yelling through the speaker and speaking so unclearly that it was hard to understand what she was even saying.
There was absolutely no attempt at basic customer service. When we asked about frozen shakes, we were met with a loud, irritated response of “we don’t got that, the ice cream machine is down” followed by a dramatic sigh, as if we were inconveniencing her by ordering.

To top it off, the screen still prompted us to leave a tip, which felt pretty bold given the attitude we’d already received.
When she brought the food out, we said “thank you” multiple times and were completely ignored. No response, no acknowledgment, just a glare and she walked off angrily.

The atmosphere was uncomfortable, the service was genuinely some of the worst I’ve experienced at any fast-food place, and while the food was fine, it tastes no different than McDonald’s — which somehow manages to have much better customer service. The drink was the only decent part of the visit.

Overall, this was a huge letdown and absolutely not worth a 20-minute drive.
I regret coming here and won’t be returning.

I had to post this rather than go back up to the window and let this female worker with her dirty underwear showing have it. Order just about daily thru the app for a slushee-she comes to my car says out of flavor so I give her another flavor. She finally comes back and the pic is what she gives me. I tell her it’s pretty messy. She says the is why she gave 1 napkin soaked in the slush and nastily walks away. I just drove off and opted to do this review. This is unacceptable and she needs to be dealt with by management because her attitude was abhorrent! District mgmt needs to pay this location a visit! Safe to say I will not be drinking this.

The food is great. The employees are friendly and personable. The only issue I have with this place (and I have no idea if this is an issue with all Sonic restaurants) is how long it takes to get your order if you use the app and choose to sit in a stall rather than use drive thru. It took 20-25 minutes to get our complete order (one item was missing when they brought it out). I imagine it would have been faster in drive thru. Very frustrating! Next time I go in going to try the drive thru and see if it’s any faster. Also, it’s been this way 4 times out of 5 that I’ve ordered with the app and chosen the option to park in a stall and wait for them to bring my order. Very disappointing.

I ordered my food at 2:40 and waiting in the pickup up spot till 3:30. When I got home the food was nasty and tasted old the mozzarella sticks were very hard can’t even take a bite had to throw away the whole order never order from here!!!

I pulled in to order a simple $6 smash burger combo at approximately 9:40pm Thursday evening Jan 22. I waited until 10:05 and after inquiring about my order I was reassured my order was on the way.. approximately 10:10 I received the wrong order with a receipt of over $11.. I informed the server that the order was incorrect and returned the order to the server expecting my order to be out promptly. The two cars that had pulled up on either side of me both received their orders and had left. Around 10:18 I was approached by a server who brought me a meal asking if this was mine and I said no. He appeared confused as to who the order belonged to. 10:20pm I buzz the intercom inquiring about my meal and I was greeted with a repeat of my order as if there was confusion about who I was or what I was asking. 10:30pm still waiting, hungry and extremely irritated at the complications of such a simple task. 10:35pm the server brings out food for the car next to me and I stopped him to inquire what the problem was with my order. He assured me he was taking care of it. 10:42pm a meal comes to my window with an apology and admission by the server that this location is the worst place to work at. My food was freshly made but it was absolutely below standard. The burger had no lettuce tomato or onions.. just meat and cheese and a few pickles. The sprite was nothing but carbonated water. I asked for a refund or a gift card fron the server and he told me he would tell the manager. Server returned to inform me that I was denied the request. I gave the burger back to the server and told him to show the burger to his manager. I gave him the sprite and brown bag and informed him that this was one start review.. and I left.

This is a case of poor leadership. Regardless who made the error, the crew was under the supervision of a lead or manager and I am holding that person accountable. This was the most ridiculous and disappointing dining experience I have ever had.

I had an absolutely wonderful visit to Sonic today, and I have to highlight two things!
First, the food was simply excellent. I ordered chicken bites and the super sonic bacon cheeseburger with Oreo milkshake and it was fresh, hot, and tasted incredibly delicious! Huge compliments to the kitchen team!
But what truly made my visit memorable was the service provided by Cassie. Her service was, without exaggeration, spectacular and truly incredible. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely ensured I had everything I needed with a great attitude. People like Cassie are the reason customers return.
I sincerely hope Cassie is considered for Employee of the Month because her dedication and customer service skills are top-notch. Truly incredible attention!
Keep up the great work, Sonic! Delicious food and 5-star customer service, thanks to Cassie!

If I could I would give 0 stars. To start the manager is very unprofessional. I came around 11:30pm. He was roller skating around with no since of urgency. We could only pickup our door dash order from the drive thru. We didn’t know. So we went to the drive up and pushed the button. They didn’t even answer it. Made us wait and then came to the car window asking us How did we get to the button? Made us go through the drive thru instead of just giving us our order. We waited over 20 minutes with at least 4 cars leaving without there food. They really need to do better and get better management.

I rarely leave reviews, and when I do, it’s almost exclusively to leave 5 stars. Unfortunately, this SONIC location wasted my time and left me frustrated and hungry.

I pulled up to the drive thru and someone on the mic said they’d be right with me. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes, during which another few cars pulled into the other drive thru lane. After 10 minutes had passed, the speaker in the other lane asked the other car what they wanted to order, even though I got there first and had been made to wait 10+ minutes. I had tried getting their attention multiple times but was ignored while the other lane got service.

I know the bar for service is low when it comes to fast food, but there’s a reason this particular location has such horrid ratings. Don’t bother wasting your time or money here.

Came here to wait almost an hour for food and nothing on the order was correct but the mots sticks, not coming back here again, not worth it until they get employees that can actually focus on their work when loaded with cars in the drive through and around 6 washers waiting for the food as long as I have, even longer.. Edit. When I went back because they didn’t get my order right they gave me a raw chicken sandwich first pic is the one I got second picture is side by side how meat is actually supposed to look cooked
