Cashier with blue hoodie and red hair must’ve been having a bad night. If you don’t want to work in fast food find another career!! I ordered mobile and the screen said they were headed my way, proceeded to wait 10 minutes so I called again & she told me to wait & I stated I’ve been waiting 10 mins for a DRINK.. no I’m not about to wait. Then when she brings the drink I tell her thank you, even though I’ve been waiting forever for 1 drink. She says nothing back or acknowledges me when she walks to my vehicle. Stop getting jobs you don’t wanna work or be respectful at!!!!

Definitely skip the drive thru. Took over 30 mins because our order was left in front of the door – we saw them drop it and leave it there – while the crew and manager were goofing around in view. Tried to get someone’s attention to ask if it was ours but was ignored. Many folks had to bail out of the line. Wish we had done the same. You may have better luck with the park & eat spots, though!

I was here at 9:33pm on Friday December 5th the red head guy working made my cookie dough blast. It had no cookie dough in it. if it did it wasn’t much I asked about it and he proceeded to tell me it had plenty in it. I’m not blind. So I can clearly see it had pretty much non in it. Also it was mostly air. It cost $6.50. So I just took the L and left. I can promise you I will never go there again and honestly probably won’t come back to sonic in general. The prices are ridiculous.

I absolutely love cheddar peppers from sonic I went there tonight on 11/11/25 at 11:45 PM and was told that they were closed for the night. The website says they close at 12 AM made me a little angry I was really looking forward to those cheddar peppers but just wanted to let everybody know if you want sonic you better go a little early. They close early.

If i could leave less stars i would….went to the drive thru…no 9ne else in line…i ordered mozarella sticks….THATS ALL….it mustve taken 20 minutes at the window….way way. way too long….slower than pouring molasses…

Finally got in the drive-thru last night! They’ve been slammed for a solid month since the grand opening.
I grabbed two chili cheese dogs and some Jalapeño poppers. Both were good.
Waited maybe 15-20 minutes in line.

Sonic is Sonic, right?! Always enjoyed trying different milkshakes! However, where is the rest of the parking lot? Never been to a chain that small. Even on the drive thru side usually there’s room to back out of a parking space. Who has the time to back up and let a customer cut the line just to reverse their vehicle. There’s no room. Maybe that area needs to be resized. That can affect a customer’s decision on whether or not they’ll visit Sonic. The hassle of getting food.

We waited quite a while for our food, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t what we expected. The fries tasted like old grease, and the chicken sandwiches were awful. The milkshake was a little thick but okay. I will not be back.

We were so glad to finally have a sonic near us. However our order is always always wrong! Service is less than friendly and wait time is horrible! My tots were so over cooked there was no potato in them. Burgers always come with everything even if you order them without! Please do better!
