So I love to give places a 2nd chance to redeem themselves… Man was that a mistake! Honestly, the customer service was good when I first ordered, spent over $30 and even gave a tip. Only to realize that they left cheese fries off my order. I drive back 13 minutes only to now be met with rudeness and an unapologetic staff! The meat was burned, the tomatoes and pickles were old, and the fries were covered in a thick block of cheese! I had to try and salvage my meal by adding new sauce to it and putting it in the Air Fryer at home! SONIC… I REALLY WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK! YALL HAVE TO DO BETTER!

The fact that this location has a 3.6 star rating confuses me so bad. I’m going to let the picture speak for itself. But first let me address the staff. When I called to let them know about my experience I spoke with two people named Heaven, and both of them gave me the worst Customer Service ever. Tracy was nice enough to refund me, but honestly. This is unacceptable. Heaven does not need to be in a position of authority, because neither of them know how to be. If the owner is reading this, I blame you. Pay your workers a decent wage, so they might care about your customers who are spending their hard earned money with your establishment. I hope the health department shuts the whole store down permanently, because a lawsuit is definitely in your near future, for feeding trash to people and their families.

Great service. Great drinks for happy hour. This location can be a bit slow to get orders to your car but they are always nice and the food is good. The drinks are the main reason to go to sonic! Viva la cherry limeade!

I understand that mistakes happen but this location rarely does their slushees right (it’s been more than once and this is over the span of several years i just get tired of reporting and having to go back and forth with staff which has happened so i waste my money and leave it alone) and the burnt chicken sandwich was just the cherry on top. I don’t understand how they thought that was edible or ok to serve to a customer or anybody with functional tastebuds. They knew it was burnt and still took my money and served me that mess. I don’t know what be happening behind these people but i would appreciate it if management stepped in and put signs up of how much syrup and ice to use to avoid this issue from happening again. It was a cherry slushy with nerds all syrup all sugar couldn’t even drink it. I actually enjoy sonic and this location is close to my house but this location has some issues.

I ordered and Paid for a Sonic Double cheeseburger with No Onions and I got a Single burger With Onions. Makes you wonder how hard is has to be to make a simple order. I mean this service is surely worthy of being paid $15 right.

This was the worst experience of my life eating anywhere fast food or fine dining. There was hair intertwined in my food long nasty hair. The manager refused to do anything for me except ask me to take off work to come to the store in the morning to speak to general manager about it after calling me a liar saying they wear hair nets. This is the poorest customer service and nastiest Sonic ever rating -100
