Historically they’re not great. Service is usually sub par and food is meh. Typical fast food. Tonight though the team was exceptional. All positive attitudes. You could tell the place has been cleaned up. Kitchen looks spotless. Food was perfect. Not sure if it’s new management or just a new crew but well done.

If you order here:
1) Make sure you have plenty of time to wait. It’s consistently slow at this location.

2) Consider ordering at the stall and paying when your food actually arrives. There have been multiple times where the wait is long and the food isn’t even hot when it finally comes out.

This location just isn’t what it used to be. The carhops don’t even wear skates anymore, and there aren’t mints on the drinks. The experience — and the service — have really gone downhill.

Very disappointing.

I’ve been driving through here for years, not many of the staff members from what I can recall have had lasting affect when it comes to customer service and what not.., a young lady by the name of Mariah, have been super friendly, helpful and patient when I drove through receny, help correct my order and also assisted me on some clean up when one of the food items had wasted in and on my car.. she was very caring and helped to clean up the mess.. had a good laugh about it but really felt taken care of in that situation thanks to her.. so this is a very special shout out to Mariah! Thank you so much for your help, service and care towards customers such as myself! Keep it up!

There are zero drive up slots to order. You have to order through the app. There are papers on every single drive up station alerting you to order on the app. It kinda sucks bc I love the drive in feature. It’s the #1 reason I come to Sonic. No sauce even though we ordered it.

Not usually the one to come and leave negative reviews but my experience tonight was below that of any fast food in the area I got a mobile order tried doing a add on at the stall they cut me off then stopped responding the man to bring me my food had the longest and dirtiest fingernails I’ve seen on any server I get home check the food the sausage is burnt to a crisp the eggs and cheese are all burnt I’m not here to bash but to share my perspective I hope moving forward they do better.

So I’m torn on this review. The food is good. It’s nice and hot and the woman at the window was very nice and helpful and professional. However, when she left the window the window stays open and while waiting for my food I got to witness one employee spit in the trash can and wipe it with her bare hand. And the not so appropriate language that came out of this kitchen staff was definitely not something you want customers here on a regular basis. Last but not least, the person on break was hitting their dab pen No customers present but it was in the area where customers would normally be.

We got door dash from here and our supersonic burritos were truly awful. they barely had any egg, and the egg we did have was wayyyy over cooked. there was no cheese. for some reason though, they put so many jalapeños on it. i love spicy, but i didn’t want to eat basically jalapeños wrapped in a tortilla. quality control is severely lacking. maybe skip this location next time.

I hate having to write a bad review, because I work in customer service so I get how hard it can be. Went to grab a quick burrito, the person at the window didn’t say anything to me, just stared until I shaved them my card and didn’t say anything back when they were done with it, just waited for my to notice. No hi, thank you, nothing. And my burrito was still cold, the cheese hadn’t even melted at this point. I wish more people would take pride in their jobs.

Just left here, decided to try the new burger. Let’s starts with how the burger was warm and not fresh like how it should have been (they aren’t packed. ) Second: as you can see by the picture, the bacon was nothing like the picture, it was very burnt and made this burger not very enjoyable. I was hungry and I paid $5 for it, so I scarfed it down. This will most likely be my last time coming to this location. People want fresh food not mediocre.
