My son I love to eat here. The burgers are so good. The staff is always professional and polite. The food is always fresh. The Sonic in our small town closed down years ago. So everytime we come across one we always stop and grab a bite to eat.

Absolutely incompetent. I came through the drive-thru and ordered two medium milkshakes, one strawberry banana and the other oreo. When I got to the window they gave me tater tots that I did not order and I told them that I didn’t order it. The manager came to the window and argued with me over it. I would know if I ordered tater tots. There would be no reason for me to order tater tots and then not want them at the window. He misheard what I said and then also rang me up for two small milkshakes and gave me Minis. Then proceeded to argue with me over the fact that I said Mini when I said medium. Refused to fix it and continued to argue with me, so I spent $10 on two tini milkshakes, one of them the wrong flavor. Get your speaker fixed and get a new manager.

I have been seeing the commercial for the double grilled cheeseburger that they just added to the menu, so I was hype to try it after my long shift of being a server. I ordered it with no mustard because I don’t eat mustard. Anyways, I didn’t bother to check it because the mentioned they were short staffed and so I was trying to get out of there as soon as I could. I got home, hype to try my burger and it was SO BURNT & COVERED in mustard. I was exhausted after my shift so I didn’t have enough energy to drive back to complain about it so I just left it alone. The reason I didn’t rate lower though is because the staff was still friendly, I also ordered tater tots & onion rings that were delicious & got a huge Route 66 coke that was to die for. My husband said the tots were ‘too burnt’ for him but I thought they were pretty good. I ate the onion rings in the car ride home cause I was hungry so I don’t have a picture but they were good.
I understand being short staffed, having a history of restaurant business myself, however, I still don’t understand how hard it is to read a ticket and make out the correct food.

The $1.99 menu is one of the best things that have happened to my stomach. I fear I visit Sonic at least three times a week. The Sonic app ensures an easy ordering process, smooth pickup, and special deals. My favorite drink is the Twisted Flamingo drink (a digital, app exclusive).

Spent 50 dollars on 9 milkshakes and they didn’t label which one was which so we all had to guess which shake belonged to which person. Extremely frustrating. Unbelievable.
