What happened to this place?! It used to be pretty good for what it is…grab a quick bite of fast food. Now they seem to serve yesterday’s tots refried in last week’s oil…yuk! The tot container had a quarter inch of old grease at the bottom. The fries? Same story. The French toast sticks? The same! Shameful! Is it a lack of training or a severe lack of standards?! Do better!!

I’m a Dasher and a customer so please let me be honest.

The food is always just okay. Never like horrible but never super good.

BUT!!! Not once have I gotten the correct meal I ordered. As a customer I’ve never gotten my correct meal once in 2 years. Can’t even order a combo without it being messed up. Seriously don’t know how that’s possible. It’s just a basic combo with a tea. Ordered that a few times and everytime it’s wrong.

Now as a dasher– Avoid!!!!!!!!! They will make you late and kill your score or it’s the wrong items( like it always is) and customers a might hurt your score by accident. AVOID AS A DASHER!!!

I seriously hate being this person but it’s just insane how it’s been run lately. Honestly same can be said for a bunch of “chain restaurants” in Simpsonville.

Hate to be the Karen here but I couldn’t stop myself. Can’t even fill a blast up. Just got two blasts from them and they tasted like the ice cream had spoiled. It’s those two blast that caused the inner Karen to emerge.

Tonight the staff has been absolutely outstanding. We sat at the picnic tables and Everytime one of the staff walked passed us they would check to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. You guys have really stepped up your game. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Our smash burgers were cooked perfectly and were fresh and juicy! Best smash burger weve had in a while. Tots and cheese sticks were hot. Service was great and employees were friendly and nice.

This is the worst location I have ever visited. If you’re looking for something quick do NOT come here. It took 40 mins to get two regular meals. I waited 20 mins in a spot and then had to wait another 20 mins in the drive through line. Definitely not worth the wait!

Normally I don’t do this but This is the 2ed time I ordered a chili cheese tot && it’s not even the amount of a large! At this point I’m pissed! The person I spoke to said they measure in a cup! I’ve always ordered chili cheese tots && it’s never been like this. She said I can let you talk to my manager so he can explain it. No, you’re ripping people off is what you’re doing!

We were trying to place our order , while placing on our order we kept hearing cats sound we asked about it they said they didn’t know what we were talking about (Kevin) he then came out to our car with our food with some girl she had a gap! They were trying to be very funny and just giggly very unprofessional. Didn’t find anything they were doing funny it’s was very childish and inmature something you don’t do while working !

Wife’s burger was pretty much like eating a snot ball. The fries may or may not have been from last week; pretty sure i cracked a tooth on them. Strawberry lime slushy was good.

I’m giving this a 1 star across the board. First it started with ordering. I pressed the red button and sat there waiting to take my order. It took so long that I had to press the button again. Then when I went to finally get my order, I was able to order 1 item before they automatically had me paying for the food before I was even done ordering. So I had to press the button again just to finish my order. Then I get the food, get home and my burger is soggy. It looks unappealing, it’s falling apart when I pick it up. So it ended up going in the trash. Money wasted, and I even added an extra tip just to be nice. But this isn’t OK. Won’t be ordering here again.
