I ordered a grilled cheese for my child and while she was eating, she bit into jalapeños. I’m sure you can imagine how that ended. To rub salt into the open wound, the strawberry lemonade we ordered was a strawberry Limeade.
I called to explain what happened and they offered a replacement. While that is nice, and appreciated- I fear my daughter now has ptsd.

I got a buy 2 get one free snack deal with a corn dog, small onion rings (actual rings, not chopped) and a 4 pc mozzarella sticks.
It was easy to order on the app and my food was delivered quickly by a friendly young woman. I appreciate that sauces don’t cost extra and Sonic frequently has great deals and fun new items on their menu. My orders are always correct and even if the delivery is a bit slower on some visits during busy periods, the staff members always apologize for the delay and are very pleasant. Everyone who works at this location is doing a great job on every level of food preparation and customer service.

This is the last time I will give you a chance. I ordered a double cheese burger combo with lg tot and route 44 diet cherry limeade and a sonic cheese burger. We pulled into the stall and got our order and we left I checked the bag as we were leaving and it was wrong. So we went back. We went thru the drive thru and said we received the wrong order. They gave us the old food. I said there are no tots and hamburgers had been unwrapped and touched not by employees. I asked them to remake it and they gave severe attitude and said they would remake it and to wait. So we did. However they did not remake it as the burgers I received were the same burger from the touched bag just re wrapped. The status of the burger is horrid not what I expected. There are burnt charred pieces on the bun top and bottom. Its so soggy that it disintegrates in your hands and falls apart. I am so disappointed and disguisted. I will not be back and will discourage anyone from ordering from you. Not to mention this is the third time in a row this has happened to us.

I stop by Sonic on my way home sometimes. I always get one thing, which is just a sonic blast, and it always comes to $6.04. I give the server $10.04. Today, I stopped at about 5:15 and it was not very busy. I ordered over the intercom, the person on the other end asked if that was all I was going to order and I said yes. I sat there for roughly 40 minutes, people were driving in, receiving their food and still I sat. So, I pressed the intercom and told them to cancel my order and I left.
