Terrible experience at this location. The stalls to park and order were closed so you have to go through the drive-thru. We were asked to hold to order. After several minutes of sitting there no one told us to order. Finally someone came on the intercom, and we told him our order. He asked us to repeat it multiple times and still could not understand what we wanted. We ended up driving up to the window area to tell him what we wanted(2 #15’s with medium tot one with a bottle of water and one with medium iced coffee). The total he gave us was also about $4 less than what it should have been. He took our card to pay and then came back to the window again to ask us what type of burrito. Then another worker came to the window and said they needed to know what we wanted to order. We politely asked for our card back told them we did not want the food and left. Having been to several Sonic locations this was by far the worst experience we have had and will not be returning.

Does not take mobile/all orders. Is not able to redeem the mobile offers. The staff is nice but appears understaffed. Make sure that you have time to wait.

30 minute wait AFTER arrival at store in the Drive-Thru line for an incomplete AND incorrect order of 3 items. Order was placed via sonic app so it is impossible that anything was misunderstood. Mozzarella sticks & corn dog were ~body temperature. Photos of me at home recooking them. Cookie dough, Reese’s cup & Oreo shake seems to be devoid of any toppings apart from the 4 individual piece of cookie-dough placed on top as a cruel joke.

Worst sonic I ever been to. I placed my order at 12:05 pm on 02/18/2024 and I had to wait for 50 minutes to get it after I went to the window plus the people who work there were rude. Will never come back to this place ever again. Plus the area is super dirty and looks like is abandoned. So sad. I wonder how clean the kitchen is.

We visited Sonic on Pleasantburg on Sunday night. When I got home, my food was cold, I had to warm it in the microwave. But the biggest issue I had, was when my daughter ordered, she ordered the buffalo chicken combo with tots and a drink. She had to pay $10 for her meal when the largest was $7 and change. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this restaurant so she got a receipt and they had rung up her order item for item instead of the entire meal. We have overpaid for her order twice due to this issue. We feel like they are just trying to take advantage of a young lady. Here is a pic of her receipt vs her brothers receipt…..they were BOTH combo meals.

DO NOT USE THE APP FOR SONIC HERE!! The gal who runs this store is a great person, after 5 times of app fails with me sitting there over an hour and them not knowing i was skeptical. She made it right, I told her I would try without the app and hopefully it would change. FOR SURE IT DID, the app is horrible here, even other stores have the issue but this one does in specific. Great service when you use the RED BUTTON!!

We have waited for over an hour for our food. A guy came out asked if we paid, after we clearly ran successful transaction on our order. We had to buzz to see if our food was coming, they said it’s on it’s way and that was at least 30 minutes waiting after that call and others cars were getting their orders ahead of us. We ended up having to go to the drive thru to pick up our order. Sadly this place has gone downhill with service.We won’t be returning.

One of our favorite fast food places but service depends on staff present. Some days you get a smile and friendly service, especially to kids, other days the person seems abrupt and harried. Maybe a staffing problem? Still, best blt around and shakes have whipped cream and a cherry on top, not to mention the after eats mint in the bag!

She was the only person I seen in the whole restaurant! her service was amazing. She was caring, didn’t rush me or cut me off when I was ordering. ( Which made the ordering process quick) and there were no errors in my order. I did not have to ask for straws, napkins, and she even asked me if I wanted a cup holder. (Which is a huge deal!) Most places assume you don’t want one unless you ask for one, even if you have more than two drinks. ( Asking if the customer wants a cup holder if they have more than two drinks, and not rushing the customer or cutting the customer off while they are ordering speeds every thing up, and makes people want to return. Especially if they if the order is exactly how the customer wanted it or ordered it. ) This Sonic has been my favorite Sonic for 3 years now. 10-10
