I was at this Sonic at 1:48 p.m. Monday December 26th 2022. There was only one car ahead of me and one behind me. It’s not like the place was slammed. The person taking my order got it right. The prep person either doesn’t know the difference between no, add or extra. My order was no ketchup extra pickles extra onions add mustard. The burger had ketchup on it the ticket clearly shows no ketchup. Extra pickles which there were. Extra onions but not as much as I like. So much mustard it was hard to eat. A tomato so green I could hardly tell it from the lattice. It had a green center size of a dime. I’ve eaten at this Sonic many times. My orders have always been correct and good. I don’t know what happened. Devon Speare may need to retrain this prep person. Add doesn’t mean extra and no ketchup doesn’t mean put it on any way. I would also like to say the young lady delivering my burger when I asked for a handful of pepper actually gave me a handful of pepper. Great job by the order-taker and the young lady delivering my burger. The prep person needs help. I gave this location one more chance. As you can see at 2:24 PM on Monday 1/2/2023 by the receipt NO KETCHUP and by the pictures there is KETCHUP! Is anyone listening? This is ridiculous same order except I asked for a mustard pack and not add mustard. I wanted to be able to eat this burger! Again Raven taking the order got it right the prep person screwed it up! Get a clue! I am not asking for World peace just no KETCHUP ON MY BURGER!

I ordered at this Sonic at 2:57pm today. My order was simple enough….I thought. I ordered one number 6, chili cheese coney, with mustard and onions, large fry, large coke with no ice. Then a second chili cheese coney with mustard and onions. The fries and coke were fine. The chili cheese coneys….not so much. If I would have looked for the chili sauce, my eyes would have started hurting. What I actually got was hotdogs slathered in cheese sauce, a hint of chili sauce on one, no chili on the other, and a ridiculous amount of mustard and an average amount of onions. Unfortunately I was home when I got to the coneys. I’m not very happy with this particular Sonic. This is twice in a row that my order has been poorly made.

I have pneumonia. I wanted a slushy to help my throat. When did you start obliterating the ice to where it’s just liquid. If I wanted a cup of syrup I would have asked. I remember when they were thick. Zero stars if possible.

Sonic can be great if they get your order right. I always check my food, though. The strawberry milkshakes used to be my favorite, but the last cpl times, I couldn’t taste it. I even asked for extra strawberries last time. I tasted it. Nope!! Again. So I asked for a chocolate one instead and BAM…JACKPOT!!! It was really good!!

We got two number two’s, both of them tasted old the meat tasted old the lettuce tasted old the fries were old and chewy. The best thing was the sonic, cherry limeade and the mozzarella sticks. For almost $30. I would’ve at least expected fresh food. The people who brought us our food seem pleasant, but I question their authenticity since they served us that old food. My son and his girlfriend had a separate order. She said her hamburger was also old and my son said his chilly dog was alright.

Have waited for almost an hour for 3 items. The ordering system is very busted and communication is terrible. They are getting orders wrong as well. Had someone come back twice with the wrong order. I spoke with the manager and told him our 3 item order… 15 minutes later we were given 1 item that was yet again wrong. Worst service I’ve seen from a “fast food” place in manh years. We will never be going back

Hands down the best SONIC I have visted to date !!!! And as I truck driver Ive been to a tons and tons of locations across the country. This was the best Ive been to thus far !!! Food prepared exactly as ordered and delivered super fast and the place was pretty busy that night too ! Server was super quick and helpful even bringing out extra condiments and napkins and stopped by an extra time or 2 to see if we were ok or needed refills. BIG KUDOS to the SONIC !!!! Yall are doing it RIGHT !!! AMAZING JOB !!!!

this is the worst sonic to go to!!! I have came here plenty of times and every single time my order is never correct! my boyfriend just brought home 2 grilled cheese that look like they were never even cooked! I asked for a side of chili and they give me cheese!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SONIC! the place needs a whole new manager or something because this is getting ridiculous! If it would let me I would give 0 stars!
