My family frequently visits this establishment. We placed an order via the drive-thru, but had to repeat it twice due to the speaker’s poor audio quality and the staff’s rapid speech. After submitting my order, it was prepared quickly, which was unusual. However, upon inspecting the bag, I discovered the order was incorrect. I notified the staff, and they promptly brought out the corrected order. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, the food was cold, despite the outside temperature being 92 degrees. Additionally, the order was missing cheese and pickles. My burger was also incorrect and not fresh, and my son’s meal was similarly unsatisfactory. We spent nearly $30. When I requested fresh food, I should have inspected it again before leaving.

Never got to order food. I was on my motorcycle, but they would never answer the drive thru. I drove to window and young, heavier black lady said it didnt go off. That id need to park in a stall. Well should could have taken my order, but didnt. I wouldn’t pull in stall cause the oil stains are bad here and dont want that on my front tire of a motorcycle. WONT EVER GO BACK HERE. poorly run by manager

“Always a Gamble” Experience at this Sonic
It’s truly a gamble every time we stop at this location, never knowing what’s going to go wrong today. Since it’s right by our work, we give it chances out of convenience, but it’s consistently disappointing.
Orders are often wrong, drinks are sloppy, and the drive-thru speaker barely works half the time. Card readers frequently malfunction, so carhops take your card inside, and last visit, mine was left on the counter unattended and wasnt returned until I left my vehiclewent to the door and demanded my card be returned. When I asked about it, the hop just giggled said hed have to go find it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the main bathroom door stays locked to customers, and staff admit their card readers “don’t always work.” Between the poor service, lack of accountability, and general chaos, this Sonic just isn’t worth the price or frustration.

The food I ordered this afternoon tasted not good. I didn’t even like the original cold brew coffee. Everything tasted off, even the fries. They were over cooked like reheat and the burger looked like leftover reused. This is the worst Sonic food I’ve ever gotten. I sure will not be back soon. No free anything would help. I would like my money back in fact. Only could eat half the burger cause I was so hungry but threw all away including the receipt. I had asked the runner if I could get a sweet tea instead of the coffee. Then 15 mins later I was still waiting because he was busy. He was, very focused and busy but with a dr’s bedside manner. I was at this Sonic at 1:48 p.m. Monday December 26th 2022. There was only one car ahead of me and one behind me. It’s not like the place was slammed. The person taking my order got it right. The prep person either doesn’t know the difference between no, add or extra. My order was no ketchup extra pickles extra onions add mustard. The burger had ketchup on it the ticket clearly shows no ketchup. Extra pickles which there were. Extra onions but not as much as I like. So much mustard it was hard to eat. A tomato so green I could hardly tell it from the lattice. It had a green center size of a dime. I’ve eaten at this Sonic many times. My orders have always been correct and good. I don’t know what happened. Devon Speare may need to retrain this prep person. Add doesn’t mean extra and no ketchup doesn’t mean put it on any way. I would also like to say the young lady delivering my burger when I asked for a handful of pepper actually gave me a handful of pepper. Great job by the order-taker and the young lady delivering my burger. The prep person needs help. I gave this location one more chance. As you can see at 2:24 PM on Monday 1/2/2023 by the receipt NO KETCHUP and by the pictures there is KETCHUP! Is anyone listening? This is ridiculous same order except I asked for a mustard pack and not add mustard. I wanted to be able to eat this burger! Again Raven taking the order got it right the prep person screwed it up! Get a clue! I am not asking for World peace just no KETCHUP ON MY BURGER!

I wouldn’t normally post about a place that I used to enjoy.Well tonight I arrived an saw a homeless person walk up to the counter.An ask them for a cup of drinking water.An to my surprise the worker said we dont do that here.So sonics is a big check off my list any place that isn’t for or about the community isn’t somewhere im going to recommend to anyone.An its the one right off Joe white Ave this occurred at 7:47 pm.An it just amazes how sorry people these days.To not want to help the person who may have helped build the place or ha e eaten there many times before to help support there busines.

Came to Sonic tonight. We ordered the same thing we always order. We use the app everytime. Tonight our food was awful. I ask for the allowed 5 packs of ketchup. Didn’t get any at all. Even after pressing the button and asking for extra ketchup. My burger was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I couldn’t eat it. My wife’s burger was thrown together. Cold and so full of ketchup, mustard and mayo she couldn’t eat it either. We come here often. But after tonight I won’t be back. And sucks bc the smash burger is the best thing y’all have had in forever.
