I had not been to Sonoc in quite a few years. My son thought Sonic the restaurant had something to do with Sonic the hedgehog. So I let him have his experience. He was unable to eat the chicken fingers. The fries were salty and my chicken sandwich was the only thing hot and fresh. We will not be coming back. The server was pleasantly helpful and gave a warm smile. She is an asset to Sonic.

We ate at the moncks corner Sonic and it was one of the worst meals I’d ever eaten. The hamburgers did not taste like hamburger and the onion rings could have been cooked. Just a touch longer. I was never as disappointed in that meal as I had been in a long time.

Ive been going to this sonic for a while but the past few times I’ve gone have not been good at all. They have messed up the orders the past two times. It seems that the employees are more interested in socializing then working. They don’t listen when you order and even if you correct them over the comms they dont fix it. They also have been quite short with people when they are ordering. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

We got the foot long, mustard, onions and chili. The weiner was like it wasn’t even cooked. It wasn’t even warm! Didn’t want to go back out to complain. Won’t be going back for food anymore!

I came here with my wife and I ordered.A double smash burger. When I got to my home, I opened my box to find that my smash burger consisted of two patties and some cheese.Nothing else no onions no pickles. I went back to the restaurant and told them. I had a problem with my order, and I told them what the problem was. The woman took the burger from me and went inside. I could then hear them from outside the restaurant. Laughing at me for coming back for pickles. And I heard the cook’s name was Tyrone, laughing and making jokes about me. I will not ever come back to this location. I have lived here for the past thirty years and i’ve gone to the sonic hundreds of times and this is my last visit.

Don’t eat here the manager is very rude and nasty.. my order was completely wrong and they didn’t want to fix it. I spoke with Jazz but when I got back there she wasn’t there so the other manager was rude!!

Sonic appears to be in disorder this morning. One of the young ladies approaches Isaac who is obviously up set who seem to on a break of his choosing, We didn’t see her provoke him but he responds with profanities in front of all the customers sitting at the car hop stations. Tyrone Kelly, those young ladies appeared to be uncomfortable with the situation and didn’t know how to handle it. We asked if everything was alright before we left.

It’s rare to find someone who serves with such genuine kindness and a great attitude, but Clarese made the visit extra enjoyable.
