I wasn’t a fan of Sonics till I tried one of their burgers. Their burgers are SO big and always so flavorful. Here’s a picture for comparison to my big hands. I love their tots too. They are always cooked just right. I can’t speak much about anything else on the menu though. I just go for the burger and tots… Love the combo.

Waited almost 10 minutes just get told that I’ll be a long while till we get our food if we got it. The young man doing the fries acted like he had an attitude when asked to serve us. So we just left and went to Culvers. Never will I ever come back to this location.

Waited 30 mins while kids in the parking lot just revved up their various vehicles. Finally went in to ask about my food and they couldn’t find my order even though they had a receipt with my order and info. I asked for a refund and told I had to contact corporate. So now I have to jump through that to get a refund. Will never come back to this Sonic anymore.

Placed my order in the drive thru and literally sat at the window for 25 mins to pay and receive two shakes to never be greeted or anything. Finally a girl pops her head out looks straight pass us and checks out the rest out of line and says “my bad yall I was looking at that (as she points to something random) we’ll be right with yall.” We wait for another 5 mins because we believe they’re finally getting our order, we watch them sit ours aside then we start seeing them make xtra larges which we didn’t order. Oh and there was no one in the lobby after. So after 30 mins we finally had enough and drove off with nothing
