Short & Sweet: Very Good Sonic location. Never got my order wrong, burgers & snacks are good, my drink is always perfect never too sweet, but never too light on the added flavor.
Detailed: Not really crazy about reviewing big fast food chain conglomerate locations… However, in this franchised world we live in I have learned quality can drastically vary from location to location. Luckily we have resources like Google reviews, yelp, etc. To possibly help us sift through these different chain locations within an area and determine which ones are best to actually go to. I like to leave a solid 5 star review at any fast food location that to me is operating singularly as a good fast food location and this sonic on Rivers Avenue did just that. Quick convenient service with the correct order and pleasant quality in items. Thank you

Ordered sandwiches and an order of mozzarella sticks. The person asked if I wanted marinara sauce, and I said I do. Get home, and of course there is no sauce. This is the second time this has happened. I’ll NEVER visit this, or any other Sonic again. If they can’t get a simple order correct, they don’t deserve my business.

it takes me a lot to write a review but ive had so many bad experiences with this place, you will wait in the drive thru for 30 mins before they take your order, then get cold food. for some reason everytime i doordash sonic it chooses this one, not sure why but anyways i paid 23 dollars and waited an hour all for this.. i mean seriously is it that hard to put what people pay for in the bag, save your time and money.

Ordered food and waited 30 mins while everybody else after me got their food very quickly. 5 people who arrived after me had received their order before me. Pushed the button and they said they were gonna start making the order now.

This was a not so good visit.
I utilized the app to place my order and checked in with the space number where I parked.
I ordered a large cherry limeade with tots.
It was about 9pm on a Thursday evening and it wasnt crowded.
After about 20 minutes of waiting, I pressed the button to order and asked why it was taking to long. I was told they were understaffed and bringing it out now.
Once I received order, I was apologized for the wait.
After viewing the board, I realized they are looking for people to work there as an add was there hiring.
My only problem was the time and not being informed of the wait.
The food was hot and the beverage was how I ordered.

Since I can no longer get Whataburger, Sonic is my go to here in Charleston. The food is always fresh and hot. This location has only bungled my order once, and only once did I have slow service. For a fast food burger, I definitely recommend Sonic

Went to a Stingrays game. Was told ANY Sonic in the Charleston area would accept an advertised promo with the ticket. I pulled into the drive thru, got ignored after the manager couldn’t hear me over their intercom. I pulled up and wasn’t even acknowledged. Then when I was finally acknowledged, the manager was shown all of the proof of ticket, promo, and even called up their chain, still got told to kick rocks because there wasn’t a promo code or promo ticket to give them.

Went to sonic tonight and had amazing service. The lady taking my order and the young man that brought it out both had amazing attitudes. The adorable decorations outside show the employees take pride in where they work!!!
