Clemson Trouble
We stopped by this Sonic and really enjoyed it. The place was clean, bright, and had a surprisingly comfortable setup — even a fireplace and some lounge chairs, which made it feel more inviting than expected.
The service was friendly and everything came out quickly. Our shakes were fresh, just how they should be, with plenty of whipped cream and a cherry on top.
It was a nice spot to take a break, cool off, and enjoy a treat. Definitely a place we’d come back to.

Coming from another store manager of 11 years….What’s the point of mobile ordering if we aren’t going to make it correctly? I was told “we all make mistakes” by a manager, and I understand….but was combative instead of being accountable of not reassuring the distribution correct items. Hostility sounded as if I’m in the wrong? I will not give a 4th chance to make things right at this location.

After placing my order on the app I drove across the street to pick it up… pulled up and checked in….waited 25 mins and watched about 3 orders come out….wasn’t even busy… after waiting the 25 mins I walked in, even though they were supposed to bring it out….got my order and checked it…. IT WAS WRONG. so not only did I wait and have to go in but it was WRONG. Now if they were busy,sympathetic or seemed like they cared in the slightest this probably wouldn’t bother me so much but there was no excuse

This place has always been a busy place and expensive as well. I’m sure the employees get paid well to do their jobs also. So why am I still getting food that is not being made like it should. I got a bacon double cheeseburger but I had to find the one strip of bacon under the lightly sprinkle lettuce. Why am I paying for bacon and not getting any bacon? Instead I’m getting 1 half of a strip of bacon and it’s not like I can just jump back in the line that’s wrapping around the building to get a refund and I’d be wrong if I stopped the line completely and acted crazy about my money right?

Staff is extremely friendly every time we come, with the exception of an employee named Frank Manning. He is very rude and snappy with customers. Sonic leadership needs to remove him as he is a morale buster. The only other thing is the food is sometimes served cold. Please just work on food temps. Hot food needs to be served hot and fresh! I hate having to return food because it isn’t fresh.

Love there, oreo cheese cake master shake. And I always get the Number 2 with an extra patty. Yes, you can add an extra patty for a great price $$$ once I had 4 patties on my burger… hey don’t judge me pahahaha lol

I was really impressed by the fast service. My sandwich was clearly old from the chicken to the toast. It was so hard and dry and should have been tossed long before I got there. I ordered the chicken club toaster without the cheese. I guess they decided I didn’t want the bacon either since that was also missing.
