Horrible experience. I placed a mobile order around 11am. Waited for 15 minutes. Had not received my order so I went in to talk to the staff. Door is locked. No one is there. Filed a complaint on the survey— it’s been a few days and still no one has reached out to give me a refund on food I never received.

Me and my husband Danny visited Sonic for the first time today, my order was taken by a young gentleman named Terrell I believe you spell it he seemed very happy to be at work and even suggested us what to try and he also told us if we ever come back just ask for him which made up laugh great experience will try again if we ever come back in town

Hats off to the great staff at this location! Far better than some of their competitors on this street! Clean dining room that is nicer than a lot of full service restaurants! The food was better than i expected! I just ordered some simple items as a snack and it was really good! The staff here is polite, professional and efficient! Thanks to Malikah and LaChay and Keshon for a great experience.

I recently visited the sonic American drive-in, and I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. My order was quite specific: two large cherry limeade slushies with nerds. What I received, however, were cherry limeade sodas with nerds, an unfortunate mix-up that’s far from what I anticipated.
The issues didn’t stop there. The establishment seemed to have a habit of locking the doors before the actual closing time, an inconvenience to anyone hoping to dine in late. Additionally, the drive-through service was inefficient, to say the least. I was asked to pull up and wait for my food, only to find myself waiting for a good 30 minutes while the staff seemed to be playing around in the kitchen.
Such carelessness and lack of attention to detail are concerning, especially when it becomes a repeated pattern. The staff needs to understand the importance of getting orders right and respecting customers’ time. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I find it hard to recommend this location to others until significant improvements are made.

By far the worst experience ever, the boy I spoke to terell told me he was the manager had the slackest attitude and terrible customer service. He slung the bag at me after I waited in my car for at least 15 minutes. They didn’t put my sauces in the bag and I didn’t even have a sonic bag . I will never recommend anybody to eat at this one. all the attitudes were bad and I will never go back.all I wanted was a #15 ultimate. Look at this .. REALLY????

On our travels, stopped off here for a quick bite. This location has a large eat-in dining area as well as a drive-thru and car hop bays. We chose the car hop bay. The food is your typical Sonic food which is delivered hot, if it is supposed to be. The car hop server was pleasant, too.

Half of.mt drink was gone (lod was intact so not on the driver). My sauces weren’t included. On top of this my. Burrito was missing multiple ingredients and it was inedible as it was sopping with Grease. The eggs inside were fried and everything was covered in grease and specs of grime from a dirty grill (used to be a cook so I know) I will be reporting this to the health department The tortilla was translucent. All of my sauces and dips weren’t included either. Only thing I could eat were the mozzarella sticks which still weren’t too enjoyable without the marinara.

Rude, unprofessional, ghetto staff. I was verbally assaulted by a employee and her manager was just as rude…. just because I asked the cashier to put on gloves when handling my food during covid-19. Therefore they did not secure my lid on my large drink properly, causing it to spill all on me and all over the interior of my car. Im a military veteran and expected to be treated better or atleast not be disrespected.
