Ordered a large chili cheese fry and this is what I received. When I questioned an employee they said I received the correct portion amount. The employees then decided to gather around the window and stare out at me while I was sitting at the stall still talking. I politely asked how to go about getting a refund and they never once offered to come out and correct the issue. Very rude staff at this location.

Food was made correctly and staff on Friday Oct 24th (12:45pm) were stupendous. The ladies working the counter, and the drive through were very nice and easy to work with. Shout out to the Management, those girls did great. Will return because of them.

The service and atmosphere were phenomenal and what a cozy spot this was with a warm fire placing running. I love that they also had toys, coloring books and crayons for the kids while we dined.

Olivia at this location rang up my order wrong charging me extra, she argued with me when I tried to say that was wrong, then after that she didnt give me my receipt or change. That was all 12/20/25. I went back on 12/21/25 got my my money back and was told she would be corrected. I went in on 12/22/25 and had a mobile order but when she went to hand it to me she rudely set it on the counter and practically tossed my straw at me. I also tried to politely say thank you and she didnt speak to me at all.

The inside service was slow. For some strange reason the employees kept looking at us and never came to the counter to help us(but clearly saw us standing there). The food was very bland. The french fries and tater tots were burnt. The trash bin was overflowing.

I came here expecting a little lesser experience like a 3-4 average honestly…
but the food came out quickly, the place had indoor seating & was decently clean more than I expected. the servers were nice & cordial & management +server customer service here was above& beyond what I expected a little.

I ordered a rte44 ocean water light ice & they brought me a medium with extra ice. so the speaker was cruddy & misheard each other but I bought & paid for medium according to receipt server showed & clarified to me. I calmly said it was fine I’ll take it I was just confused cuz I thought I ordered rte44 but no biggie I can take medium since that’s wat I paid for i appreciated fast & nice service. no argument.
but the server came back like 3 min later with like a large ocean water & said I can have free no cost as a sorry for the mix-up. just the team service here gave me a sense the customer service is important than most fast food & they’re assuming in my opinion 4-5 star & not a 3 star place. I’m sure they have mistakes but decent food cleanliness speed & couldn’t ask for better service. great job & my puppy Oliver loved all you guys too ! sorry about the occasional yaps. he tried to order extra food for himself as if we don’t feed him ugh

At 9:15pm on September 15th, I ordered a sonic blast with extra Oreos. First, my extra Oreos wasn’t in there. I wasn’t going to complain but whoever was working tonight and put a sticker under my cup knowing it’s BROKEN, is FOUL for that. It melted all over my cup holder and car. I just wanted my ice cream. I couldn’t even eat it anymore.

Rude staff at this location. I placed a mobile order and arrived to check in at a stall. No signs, nothing on the app that shows the stalls close at 10. Employee comes out to tell me that stalls close at 10pm and I need to go through the drive thru. She said for “future reference” that I needed to know for next time. I asked her if I needed to go through or not since the app checked me in. She tells me to do whatever I wanted and rolled her eyes to hop on her cell phone and walk to the sidewalk. I go through the drive thru and mention I had a mobile order. NOTHING was ready at all. The other employee hands me a bag and was like are you missing anything else and I’m like yeah. I read out the other 4 things I’m missing and he gets them made. Not busy at all. Just rude staff and nothing was good about what we ordered. I will not return to this location as this place is staffed with the rudest people.

Had to go in and ask for part of our order that they forgot. Forgot utensils. Inside REEKS of marijuana. Can you spot the chili on my chili cheese tots? I sure can’t. You could have 0 expectations and still be let down. Go anywhere else

The manager Nicole reached out to me regarding the incident. She acknowledged the issue and corrected it. Thank you so much Nicole! You changed my mind — we will be back to this location! I cannot express how much appreciation I have for someone taking the time out of their busy day to make things right for me! Thank you Nicole & her sonic team!

Employee named Cade (I think that is what his name tag said) was very unprofessional and rude. Should not be speaking to people the way he does. I have already reached out to corporate & will not return to this location.
