Sat and waited 45 minutes on a to-go order at the counter. They missed 1/4 of the order when they brought it out, then had an attitude when we asked for the missing items. The smash burgers used regular patties and weren’t cooked like smash burgers, and the onion rings tasted like vanilla funnel cakes. We had the smash burgers at a different sonic, and they were great! But not these. On a positive note, the facility was nice.

The absolute worst fast food place I have ever been in because of staff. We sat in line behind a guy for about 5 minutes who left after no one took his order as workers just ignored him up there. We get up to the counter and wait for about another 10 with two kids and workers just standing in the back not even making eye contact or acknowledging us at all. I was very frustrated with my experience

Good grief. How does this place stay open?? Went to the drive thru after not being able to order in an outdoor kiosk. Ordered #3, got a kids cheeseburger instead. Circled back around and the young lady knew what she did, handed me another burger….still wrong. Decided to go inside to order an ice cream and refill my drink. There was no ice in the drink machine. 15 people in line. One cashier. Needless to say, I did not wait for ice cream. Just a disaster. Y’all need help!

Had the Double Sonic Cheeseburger meal and some mozzarella sticks. Sandwich was a bit messy, but overall it was good. Mozzarella sticks were good and the cheese was stringy like it’s supposed to be. Staff was very friendly, helpful and brought the food to the table. Restaurant was clean and I liked the fake fireplace they have there.

Was hungry for sonic. Pull into a stall. Figure out what I want. Hit the button. Sit there for 15 minutes before someone comes on the speaker and asks me to go thru the drive thru. Why couldn’t they take my order at the stall? Why I gotta go thru the drive thru? I just wanted some food. And was met with crap service.
So I went across the street to Wendy’s and got some food there in a shorter amount of time than it took them to answer my order button just to tell me to go thru the drive thru.
Do not recommend this location till they fix the service you receive.

Worst customer service ever. It was 10:25pm on a Saturday night. I walked in to this Sonic location with my 2 sons. When I walked in with my 2 children, the first thing I noticed was one of the workers on her cell phone (while on the clock) taking a personal call right beside the cash register. She also had on gloves. I was not greeted when I walked through the door either because the worker was on the phone. As I stood there for another 2 mins while the worker continued their personal conversation with whoever was on the other line of that phone, I stared at her, patiently waiting for her to finish talking to the person on the phone. After she hangs up the phone and finished with her conversation, she then hangs up the phone, puts the phone back in her pocket, turns around and walks to the back and stands behind a table where they prep the food. Mind you, she was just on the phone talking to whom ever with gloves on. She never took her gloves off or changed them after she finished her conversation. As she stood there, behind the table, she looked at me as if I was invisible. I continued to stare not only at her but several of the other workers that were in the back. At that point, there was still no one at the front to take my order. I stood there for another 2 mins. I noticed 3 or 4 workers in the back talking amongst themselves. None of them noticed that I was standing there with my 2 children. My thoughts to myself “This is not good. All I wanted was a caramel sundae. Am I going to get served?.” I then took my phone out, opened my camera and took a picture of what was going on. Being a business owner, this made me a little upset because I’m sure if the GM was here, this would not have happened. This Sonic location not only lost 4 great customers but they lost money, sales and revenue that pays their salaries. As I walked out the door (because no one never came to take my order), I walked back to my car and explained to my husband what just happened. I was a little sad because I really wanted that caramel ice cream sundae but I left empty handed. I wrote the managers name down that was on the door and left. Hopefully this Sonic location will change some things soon because me personally, I would hate for this location to go out of business. It’s convenient and everyone loves ice cream. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
