Yesterday August 16, we stopped here to get a quick bite to eat. Ordered a Chilly Dog meal a corn dog and a Cherry Slush. We waited over 45 minutes. We had to ask twice, what happened to our order. We are done with this place.

The Sonic was renovated a few years ago and it’s still very nice. There is an area outside for people to sit and dine outside. There is a big screen TV on the outdoor patio too. The drive thru line moves relatively fast. The slushee’s and milk shakes are so good. They have afternoon happy hour specials for drinks. Some family favorites are the onion rings, hot dog, and breakfast sandwiches.

The manager David treats the employees poorly more like servants than human beings. Yelling at customers over the intercom and in store. He was highly rude to a young girl ordering her food as well. Very unprofessional and rude.

This is the worse Sonic in Orangeburg! Went there today at 9:30M, OH I’m sorry we’re out of egg!! Just like last time I was there, waited in line for 2 hours just to get to the order menu, we started to order, oh I’m sorry our ice cream machine is down!! Will never return to this location!! There won’t be a strike 3! Hire new Manager or something!

Just left there from purchasing a number 8 medium That’s the popcorn chicken meal. I literally live around the corner. I sit down to enjoy my meal, I take a sip of my root beer, at least I thought it was. Nothing but pure tented seltzer water, carbonation. Upset, I reached into the bag and grab my fries, nothing but old fries, fried in old grease possibly, warm from heat lamps. Only thing that was fresh was the popcorn chicken, thank Goodness. The whole time I’m trying to call to let them know of my disappointment, no answer. I called twice, business was slow. Don’t know why they would not answer. Fries seem to be a small.
