Stopped by this establishment today for something quick biggest mistake ever
I ordered 2 corn dogs both was old and burnt sent back 2 more came out they were just as old just not as burnt! Ordered a cookie dough and Oreo blast with extra Oreo was given Oreo and MM’s also ordered was a lemon slush add a splash of strawberry was given a strawberry slush with chunks of lemon! This place is ridiculous and it’s not like there we’re busy we were the only car there! Will never do business here again?

I have been to this location many times & have always been satisfied with items we’ve ordered. I will definitely be visiting more frequently to support what they have done for Byron!! No more Whataburger for this household (was never impressed with them anyway).

So typically I like sonic. However, how am I going to order a strawberry cheesecake master shake with no strawberries? Cherry on top was bad. They added strawberry syrup. Not the same. Made me feel so sick. If you dont have what you need to make it, please just say so. Customers should understand that.

I stopped in to get a snack, even though I was running a couple mins late for an event. Byron is so great, he spun the Earth the opposite direction to turn back time! Not only was I early to my sister’s birthday party, but had time to shop for a card on my way! Thanks again for making my day great!

We stopped in for some ice cream and a chili cheese coney. Nobody was overly friendly, nor did they appear to be in much of a rush to push orders out. After we received our food the guy that appeared to be in charge was very short with a customer that came in wanting to buy ice cream. From the conversation I couldn’t help but overhearing he was an employee that was off that day, and the guy in charge refused to sell the off the clock employee ice cream because they were almost out. Regardless, our food was good, and very fresh. The dining room floor was really sticky, and despite football games being on the tv, another employee came in their and turned the tv channel to some cartoon that had its character vomiting a rainbow. Not exactly what most people want to watch or listen to while trying to eat.

Watched a guy sit at the speaker in front of us for 15 minutes and no one took his order. We pulled up and the same thing happened to us. Pulled around and saw two employees just standing in the kitchen doing nothing. This Sonic has gone down hill ever since a lot of the good employees and managers quit and I know they all quit because I’ve seen this good employees at other establishments.
