My wife and I don’t make it to sonic very often and we grew up with it in our hometowns so we missed it. We were so excited to have it as a treat. Went to this one and will never again. The service was absolutely terrible. The server was rude and seemed to hate her job. The food took forever only for their to be zero condiments for our kids tasteless chicken.
The coney I ordered had almost no chili on it at all.
We watched the girl take some other orders to the wrong people and have to take them to other cars waiting. While we waited forever just to have minimal effort made on our meals that were absolutely terrible.
We felt like we threw money in the trash.
Save yourself some trouble and go to a different one.

I went through the drive thru and asked for an iced coffee easy ice because they usually fill the cup up with ice and barely get a few sips before it’s empty. I had to repeat my order 3 times. They asked was the order correct on the screen. I said as long as you please put light ice. Please. They said ok we got you. My coffee was literally filled to the very top with ice. I was nice and respectful they did that on purpose. There’s literally a loud speaker that the entire restaurant can hear when you order from the drive thru. The manager said it was just a miscommunication. How when I said 4 times and they heard each and every time over the loud speaker. Try again. Picture shows coffee after it’s empty of liquid. terrible terrible terrible the guy taking my order couldn’t speak English so he didn’t understand that I said no special sauce so of course when I get to the window, I have to pull over and wait for them to make another sandwich because he put special sauce on it. Also, the fries are cold. They look like they’ve sat in. Grease for three days. Never again. Do not go to sonic in Hendersonville. I spent $22 and got crap for lunch not a happy camper never again

The staff working here are completely incompetent and unsanitary. My order was simple. The lady who took my order told me they would mix in chocolate syrup with my blast instead I got a glob on top of my blast! Here is what has me super upset; when I said something about it the woman working the window was going to take my drink back to fix it. You take the food a customer touches back through the window. No way! I’m on chemo and I don’t trust the food safety of this place. What a waste of $7 threw it away!

All American smasher deal is a limited time but it’s a great value! The Hendersonville Sonic has moved about .3 miles east on the right passed the Ingles, there is a Dunkin in the shown location! Sonic needs to update their google maps!

Not impressed. Used to visit frequently. Stopped because it was rarely good. Wanted a milkshake so we stopped by again. Grandson wanted french fries with his. Honestly think they turn the salt shaker over into his fries. It was so obvious when we took them out of the bag. There’s no way they didn’t notice that. Fries were crystallized with salt. Unfortunately we did the drive-thru and didn’t notice until we were too far away to return them. Called to inform, they didn’t care, we got the run-around so I just said forget it.
While we do love their milkshakes, too pricey and definitely not enough flavor. Paid extra to have banana added to peanut butter milkshake. Could not taste it at all. Oh well, just move on to a better milkshake elsewhere.
Airport road location barely speaks broken English. Assuming it’s the owners? We definitely had communication issues. No worries, moved on. Lol

Not going to waist my time giving the latest description of how poor the sonic is ran. I’ll just say, I’ve lived all over the US and been to Sonics all over and this one takes the cake. Literally the worst sonic ever. Terrible service, terrible food and the management doesn’t seem to care in the least. With cook out a block a way, it won’t be long and this place will be closed

5 stars. My son loves this Sonic. The store manager is an amazing person and when I had an issue with my order he fixed it right away and was very apologetic. We love the smash burgers! Very friendly and fast service.
