Food tastes good, but three straight times they’ve given me a BACON Triple Smasher with no bacon. I’m not entirely sure how you can leave off THE VERY FIRST INGREDIENT when someone is paying $15 for the meal.
UPDATE: upon driving back to the location, I was offered bacon to put on my burger. When I said “no, I drove 10 minutes home and ten minutes back, I want a new meal” I was told that I could only get a burger. Ya know, because fries are really expensive or something
UPDATE 2: the remade burger was ALSO wrong. Supposed to be plain burger with bacon. Not plain AT ALL.
UPDATE 3: burger number 3 still had cheese on it. Making number 4. It’s been an hour now. Wondering if I will ever eat again…wasting away.

Waited over 15 minutes for 4 wraps
When I asked why the wait she said the chicken had to cook which took 5 minutes. Which would have been believable if we only waited 6 minutes and had fresh wraps

THEY GAVE ME A *MOLDY* BUN ON MY BURGER!!! That, and evidently they don’t know their own machines and won’t listen to customers for crap.
Overly stingy with the icecream today too, which just adds insult to injury. I’m guessing the red-head woman I talked to in the drive-thru was a Lead or something, but she was condescending as all hell. I won’t be back for a long while, if ever.

My kids had gift cards from Christmas that they wanted to use at the sonic and after we had ordered, I told the cashier we had gift cards to pay with, and they said that the gift cards “freeze up their whole system, “ also another time we visited this location for Wednesday, which they advertise us having 1.99 kids meals They had to be told to make it 1.99 and they still charged us 5.99 – we had to get them to refund us. It happened to 3 other families that were with us too! Just absolute incompetence, they didn’t care one bit either. We won’t be returning to this location.

Only came here because I needed something quick and the drive thru was empty. Ordered my meal with tater tots and corrected them once they recited the order back to me and they still gave me fries. Went to eat my sandwich and the chicken and bun both looked burnt. I bit into the sandwich and the chicken was very hard like it was sitting around for hours. The hardest of the chicken scratched and irritated my gums such a disappointment but the young lady who took my order was very kind and sweet.

We waited for almost over 35 minutes for one chicken club sandwich combo. When it arrived the chicken in the sandwich was so dehydrated and old it must have been cooked the day before. It’s was so tough it was inedible. The lettuce was yellow and wilted and the tomatoes werent much better. We realized this all after we had left and I refused to waste another half an hour on one meal. So we drove to the McDonald’s right next door and had a much better experience. Totally unacceptable.

I don’t recommend this specific location due to the fact they over charged me for extra cherries just to get none at all on many occasions! And when I told them they didn’t give me any at all they brought some out just to charge me yet again!!! However they did give me plenty of limes!!!! Oooh and this location does not do refills

I ordered a BLT and asked for them not to burn the bacon. I got home and my bacon is burnt so bad it’s almost black. Nobody wants to eat burnt food! Listen to your customers and do better!
