If I could give ZERO stars I would. Set at the pull up order for 10 mins no one came to take our order, went through drive through no one was there to take anyone’s order. We were 3rd car in line so I downloaded app and did a mobile order said it would be ready in 5 mins we set there and waited for over an hr for our food. Got our food it was cold, super small portion (by this I mean fries were halfway empty, medium burger the size of a small) and the our drinks were literally so watered down that we had to trash them. I will never go here ever again.

Just got my order and I’m missing a kids meal after spending over $60. Called and talked to the manager and was instructed to come back up there for the meal to be remade. Not everyone is in a position to just come back up there. Not only that but was upcharged for cheese tots that were plain. Honestly the worst service I have ever gotten from Sonic. Definitely will not be returning

I wasn’t too impressed. There’s always something technical going on, they’re kind of slow completing orders and I’ve come across a few rude employees in the few times I’ve been here. The food is still good.

This place is slower than cold molasses.
I came once when it was BUSY and got faster service. As I write this, it’s been me and two other patrons, and I’ve been here 30+ mins.
Unlikely to come back. This used to be a great location, one I’d look forward to going to but those days are long gone. Not the best customer service. Longest wait times. Time wasted that I will never get back.

Ok following up, got home and here’s my burger with all the fixings.
Notice there are none….and the lettuce is rotted. Disgusting. Never coming back.

DAKEYA HAS TO BE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET. She hung up on me 3x with a ridiculous attitude. I called ab a refund bc the food made me vomit profusely all morning long. Upon calling, she mumbles the entire conversation to where I can’t hear her, Correct me on her name which I can’t understand, Proceeds to hang up on me, Then tell me if I go up there before the general manager is there, she’s gonna call the police on me.? Absolutely ridiculous a manager can’t handle such a simple request, she has too much pride in herself and an inability to put her emotions to the side to complete a larger task. Very disappointed in the team. I have contacted corporate And will be getting my refund, thanks Dakeya! (:

There has not been a day that I go and service is nice and quick. Be ready to wait 30 minutes for a simple order. Unacceptable with how low foot traffic they receive.

Several time I have stopped by this location around 830 on my way to work to get a drink and they have not been open. Stopped yesterday same time and the lady said they just arrived and it work take 30 minutes to get everything up and running. So I left!! I know they are short handed but I feel they need the owner to come in and help get this place up and running accordingly. I work I customer service and we open at 9 we need to be there and ready for our customers at opening time. Sonic you are losing business for not being open and long wait times.

I won’t judge the understaffed part, but when we got there it was packed. Probably took a good 45 minutes between placing the order and getting the food. The (as far as I could tell) one waitress on was doing the best she could and was extremely nice, and the food was classic sonic.
