I did a mobile order. When it was brought to me she was rude. I was not happy with my order as it was not made correctly but she simply insisted it was. I decided life is too short to deal with stupid so I left unsatisfied. I will simply not return. I might suggest to anyone wanting to eat in that are go across the street the Chick-fil-A. Their food was spot on their service was amazing. They were slammed but they were running with such efficiency you would never have known it as well the employee stopped to take time to make me feel like I was the most important. Very helpful and above and beyond friendly. Choose Chick-fil-A, skip Sonic!

Please keep y’all’s bathroom open and actually stocked. I tried going to the bathroom and the outside door would not open, had to call the business to have it opened for me, I walked in the Men’s bathroom and there was no toilet paper whatsoever and it stunk like cigarettes

I’ve been very patient… Truth be told the food quality has taken a serious hit and I’ve about had it with the serious lack of quality and quantity… I have ordered chili cheese tater tots from three different sonics and received the same disappointing results either a lack of cheese, a lack of tots , a lack of chili or a combination of all three… I have answered every questionnaire sent to me via email… And nothing has changed… In previous orders I’ve received a large order filled unlike this photo… And so I say Sonic you need to get your act together…

Consistently…. Bad… Unfortunately
Today we waited 18 minutes for cold hot dogs and cold onion rings
Normally, they provide consistently cold fries. There is no time of day when you can hope for hot fries.
They provide consistently lukewarm burgers.
Although the management apologizes, they never offer to do anything other than having you wait again to hopefully get something fresher.
Here is a picture of today’s foot long hot dog.
And. I love sonic when the food is good.

This is what you get it you ask for a chili cheese Coney….. Should’ve just asked for a plain hotdog. The sad part is that they weren’t even busy!
If I weren’t in a hurry I would have had them add some actual chili and cheese to the chili cheese Coney I ordered!

The Highway
When you pay $7 plus dollars for a small cup of soft serve ice cream you expect more than just a tiny crumb for a topping. I’ve tried ordering “extra” of my favorite toppings to offset their skimping and even then it comes out short. After reading several comments on this topic I see I’m not the only one who feels this way.
