Food took forever to come out. Ordered the chili cheese tots, had about 4 tots with actual chili and cheese. My drink was 98 percent ice. BLT was just pathetic. Not even the service could make up for the awful food. No skates, nothing. Do not recommend.

Don’t come here…especially at night!
Music blasting inside. Kids playing around inside. Your order will come out wrong. The bread on the hot dogs and burgers are hard, stale and crunchy!!
I bit my hot dog and the bread broke into pieces. The foot long hot dog was burnt!!!

COME HERE IF YOU LIKE GETTING THE WRONG ORDER. Absolutely outrageously terrible service. If i could leave a 0 star review i would. I was on my way home from a roadtrip and this was the only sonic near me, 30 minutes from my house mind you, and they first forget my chicken sandwich and gave me the wrong wraps. So i have to drive 30 minutes back there and ask them for the chicken sandwich they forgot and the correct wraps. They then gave me a BURGER and the wrong wraps AGAIN. I dont understand how hard it is to just give me what i ordered after i tell you what you forgot. An hour and a half of my life wasted and all i wanted was a chicken sandwich. Thanks for the terrible service. i will not be returning.

Been sitting here waiting for my food for 45 minutes. I was told 15 minutes ago that they were bagging my food. I’ve hit the red button three times to tell them I am at stall #9. Do not come here. There are 4 other cars here that were here before me and still have not received any food. There were 5, but one of them got served and left about 20 minutes ago.

Bit the bullet and cancelled the order. Had to call to cancel because they stopped responding to me hitting the red button. Guy on the phone was incredibly rude and said it would be refunded in a week, but that if I didn’t get an email confirming that it would be “[my] problem, not Sonic’s.” As I left, I saw a grimy looking white dude with long hair in a ratty ponytail standing outside vaping. He ignored me when I tried to flag him down. As I left, I warned the people waiting in the drive thru that it was not worth it and that I had been waiting for 50 minutes for food that was showing as ready for pick up on the app.
Seriously, do not go here. Go next door to the Cook-Out or across the street to the Jack in the Box because there is no way they could be worse.

Pretty terrible visit, all told. The guy on the drive-thru speaker wouldn’t speak up, and mumbled. Our order took 20 minutes, even though we went through the drive-thru (4 Sonic Blasts), and our sonic blasts had barely any topping. They were basically giant cups full of vanilla ice cream.
Won’t be back.

Food was wrong and cold.#9 and # 1 are not the same. If our order had been called back to us we may have been able to correct the sandwich mess up. It wasn’t called back at all. And they wasn’t busy. I could understand if they was busy.

Last night, I ordered 2 pretzels, a blue raspberry slushy, a chocolate milkshake, and a burger. When I got my order they didn’t give me my milk shake. So I kindly said “I also ordered a milkshake” the lady turned to get someone to make it, and I heard angry screaming from the kitchen THROUGH the closed window: “NOOOOO NO BRO NOOOO” then, another man delivered my “shake” and upon sipping it, I realized it was a cup of whipped cream. Bro gave me a pup cup. They didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t prove that I ordered it. Not to mention I only got 1 cheese even though I ordered 2 pretzels. Just really sucks all around. This place has sucked for the last 10 years since I was in high school and you’d think after this long they’d figure out how to do better.

The night staff is just straight terrible. They constantly have gotten my food wrong. You try to kindly ask for the correct food, they ignore you. You click that button 4 times and at the 5th one, they MIGHT answer you. Terrible all around. Old dry hard fries, nasty burgers. Don’t go to this location!
