I live down the street and have been coming here for years. Most of the time the food gets messed up. But that’s not what upsets me. I can’t come down here and ask for a route 44 drink with light ice. This is what light ice looks like. And this is after drinking my drink and letting it melt a little bit. They fill it to the brim with ice, and then you get very little liquid for the amount of money you paid. I get more drink in a small drink at McDonald’s. At this point, I feel robbed of my money and feel like they need to be refunding me for all this bs, because this is a rip off.

I went for a late night dessert with my family. We ordered 3 Sonic Blasts and waited for 20 mins. We thought that was a long time for just 3 desserts so I pushed the red button again to ask if there was an update. We were met with a very rude person on the other end telling us to “drive off and leave” when I asked nicely where our order was. Definitely go anywhere else other than this Sonic.

Now let me first start off by saying I grew up in this neighborhood and remember when they built the sonic but today at 5 o’clock I had the best fast food burger ever. I ordered two of the Smashburger meals and they both were fresh hot so much so that it burnt my mouth, cheese, dripping, fresh lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Also good so I’m giving them five stars! Crew continue to do what you’re doing.

Just flat out gross. Few bites and it was thrown in the trash.

Yelled at me twice, for no reason while placing the order.
I had ordered two cherry limeades, one diet, and a number 5.
Yelled at me about ordering the diet, because I said diet and not ‘sugar free’
After which he asked me for my side for the food, said tots, he procedeed to yell ‘i said whats you’re side?!’
Like, i just told you homie.
Told him he didnt need to yell, and it wasnt a big deal.
When the drinks came out he wasn’t sure which was diet. (It was for a pregnant diabetic, so very important for her health, and that of the baby)
After some back and forth, he refused to bring them back in and told me to just “taste check it”
Absolutely unprofessional. Would not go to this location again.

Chili cheese hot dog had almost no chili or cheese on it. Cold bun. Cold dog. I can get better hot dogs from Sheetz for $1 a piece. Paid 8 bucks here. I think I know where not to go.

I live 2 mins away got 2 burgers & 2 cheese tots…we were the only ones in drive thru & so there was no wait & when we got home the food was ice cold. The ONLY good thing that came out of the order was the 2 sodas NOT a fan at all…edit review I gave it a second chance all I ordered was cheese tots with extra cheese & this is what I got. Pulled up to the window & its a bunch of kids messing around!!! Unexceptional they were busy except for playing around behind the window. I’m NEVER coming back…what a disappointment!!!

Pulled through drive thru at 11:45 and they close at 12. I just wanted my coco berry cream drink 🙁 . Nobody came to the window so I sat there for at least 5-10 minutes, thinking they closed, I parked in the lot and started looking for another place to eat, then saw people inside laughing. They could’ve at least told me they closed early, waste of time and gas, and in the end, no coco berry cream drink 🙁
