Went through the drive thru for a drink only. Thought someone was parked in the drive thru line at first because it was 6 minutes before the line moved the first time. Overall it took about 15 minutes to get my drink. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry.

Got in the drive through around 1pm and finally got to the order window about 1:35pm. Stayed at the order window for twenty minutes without no one answering. Finally had to pull up to the pickup window to order the food. The worker said that the drive through wasn’t working correctly. We placed the order and watch two of the vehicles behind us get their food before us. Very Very disappointed and it will be hard to get me to ever return. One particular person, could have been a supervisor, was apologetic.

Went thru the drive thru line & was only able to place 3 out of my 4 orders. At the window the guy said you can only place 1 order in drive thru. Didn’t understand that but if that’s the case it should be a sign so that won’t happen to anyone else.

Me and a few of my friends went to this sonic today and was absolutely amazing by not only the food but the service. Our server Emily was an absolute pleasure to be served by adding so much to the experience of Sonic. With this visit being my first it was an was a wonderful first, with a server such as Emily I will definitely be adding this into my regular rotation of fast good

Pre-ordering does nothing. Still have to wait around for over 30 minutes. Lunch break gone. No communication. Hit the call button and was told they’ll be right with me…. no explanation. Wasn’t told of them not having some of my order and the order was ready and sitting for 45 minutes. Cold and disgusting, but couldn’t continue to wait for them to “fix” while they get everyone else’s order

Sonic in Goldsboro sucks! Everytime I come to this location the food is old and they can’t never get your order right. I ordered a pretzel twist and it was hard as a rock. Not edible at all. I think they cooked it yesterday. The tots I ordered were old and very overcooked. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and they gave me a sonic blast. I then tell them I want a sundae and not the blast. There is a price difference between the two and they wouldn’t give me the difference. Horrible experience, I won’t be back and I’ll be sure to tell others not to go.

The first issue I experienced was that I told the cashier exactly what I wanted several times and she repeatedly (4 times) asked me if I wanted to make them combos. All I desired were sandwiches and told her. Then I had to wait for a minute or two for her to change the screen because she automatically made my orders combos even after telling her I only desired the sandwiches.
I don’t know what happened with my sandwiches but I ordered a smash burger because I’ve never had one and didn’t know they existed. I also ordered a Super Sonic Double Cheese Burger which I generally love after I add some salt and pepper. Being or was dark and I couldn’t see well, I began to eat what I thought was the Smash sandwich and didn’t care much for it. Later, I ate the other sandwich and was completely disappointed! When I checked the wrapping, I realized that the burger I ate in the dark was supposed to be the Supersonic Double Cheeseburger. Both sandwiches were trash and it will be a long time before I return to this location. Another thing that aggravated me was that they did not have any packs of salt amass pepper! What restaurant fail to provide these packs for their customers? The staff tried to explain that their supplier had been out for over a month, but I don’t believe her. I visited this location over 4 months ago and they didn’t have salt and pepper. If their supplier is out, then the manager should send someone 1.5 miles down the road and purchase some from Sam’s Club. It’s not rusty hard!

My wife ordered a chicken sandwich, got home and took 3 bites out of it and noticed it was a bit chewy. This is what she was served. Absolutely RAW chicken. This is unacceptable and a HUGE health violation. I would suggest nobody EVER go to this location. I will be contacting the NC department of health as well as corporate. This location has always been awful and something must be done.

Waited at the drive through intercom for like 10 straight minutes, (only 2 cars in the parking spot ordering), (no clothes cars in drive through), moved to the window to see if there was anyone there, and there were, they look at me, then looked away and I proceeded to wait for another 5m before I just had to drive away, to go back to work in time. Was at noon today.
