I was the only one in line and I had to wait so long to get my food, I asked if I can get a voucher for next time I come through or a refund or something since we had to wait so long and the manager (tall black man not sure of his name) just said no. Service skills are nottttt it!!!! All this to get home and realize me and my boyfriend’s burgers were made completely wrong…

There was two female employees there though that was very nice and helpful and one gave us new drinks when I asked since we had to drive all the way back to get our burgers fixed and had already drank our drinks! They somewhat made up for what that manager lacked.

Well I went into the drive stall first and after waiting there for almost 10 minutes didn’t even get an answer back saying to wait or anything meanwhile I’m watching the drive-thru keep going like nothing, so I left the stall and went into the drive-thru. When I got into the drive-thru I ordered my food and of course they got both of my children’s meals wrong… My boy got a cheeseburger with no pickles, they ended up giving him a HAMBURGER with pickles, and I asked for tater tots on one of the orders, then ended up giving me no tater tots and both french fries… Yeah, pretty sad. I guess I wouldn’t go into the stall parking either because they were just letting us sit there while taking care of all the drive-thru first which is very ridiculous…

First time we came about a month ago to try that smash burger, me and my partner had smash burger he added bacon , his stomach was messed up for a week ! I was fine and we ate the exact same thing that whole day but the bacon…. We came back again trying it with no bacon, took our orders at the drive thru just to pull up and be asked if we even ordered yet, I’m confused like um we just ordered at the window, so much confusion for nothing! The ladies at the window no customer service just like a what do you want attitude… after waiting for a couple minutes just to be asked again what did you order like lady again 3 smash burgers ! And waiting again like okay we bout to leave, then being told yeah we accidentally bumped your order off….. I said nvm then…. I left

Usually don’t have a problem with this location, but tonight was a little different. Had to go in to pick up my app order because the app wouldn’t load my stall number. My “dirty” sprite had sweet cream running all down the side couldn’t taste the lime or the coconut cream in the sprite, only thing that I could taste was the sweet cream, I paid $1.30 extra for the additives. My son’s kids meal was completely cold. My burger and tots were cold. The only thing hot was the jalapeño poppers. I guess this location is a toss up based off the views. Very dissatisfied

Use my mobile app order Diet Coke light ice they gave me something else that burnt my mouth no idea what it was had to spit it out they would not refund my money to my credit
The staff was laughing. They thought it was funny but they didn’t give me the right drink on purpose. They said they don’t have any Diet Coke so I just passed off something else asked for the manager five times before they finally got the manager. I even said it’s the managers just not here. They said no the manager’s here I said well then will you please get them? Then when I asked for a refund, they said no you have to call the website which once I call the website they said no they should’ve refunded my credit card on site so now from Texas. They have to call the store and get it fixed. Then my husband ordered a Coke light ice, and it was filled to the top with ice, waiting for a manager to call me back about this experience since I go to Sonic once or twice every day not this one though

Spent nearly an hour at this Sonic after going out of our way to eat there, and it was one of the most frustrating fast food experiences I’ve had.

The mobile app wouldn’t work, no one responded when we pressed the stall button, we were ignored in the drive-thru, and when we went inside employees saw us but helped other customers first. When we finally got our food, it was incorrect — my Bacon Smash Burger had no bacon, the drinks were flat, and the chicken sandwich was missing the add-ons I paid for.

I do want to mention that the food we did receive tasted good, which made the situation even more disappointing because the experience itself was the main issue.

I also tried contacting Sonic online, but the feedback form would not load, and social media directed me back to the store even though it’s been impossible to reach anyone.

I understand mistakes happen, but being ignored for that long and then having no clear way to resolve it is unacceptable. I would really appreciate being contacted by management so this can be made right.

Tried to park and order food. Ordered a coney dog combo. Real simple , right? Took 5 minutes for a response after I pushed the button. Then I waited another 12 minutes, meanwhile people in the drive thru are in and out in less than 5 minutes. This has happened the past 3 times I have been to this sorry establishment. You could not pay me money to go back to sonic. I will tell everyone I know about how sonic is since you waisted half my lunch hour.

Kindest sonic I’ve ever been to. My car battery died unfortunately and the sonic workers were so kind as to call someone to come jump my car (we live 2 hours away). If James works there or is a pal of one of the sonic workers, I am indebted to you. We will ride under your banner should thee call. Also really tasty food, put extra pickles <3

I brought my kid’s here to enjoy their Saturday fun day and was disappointed after ordering. We were missing chicken tenders from the order cool no problem they had just dropped the food off. I buzzed the window again to explain I was missing an entree, I had all the sides and drinks just needed the other tenders. I paid on the digital screen so no receipt printed out and they didn’t bring me one, but they asked if I had the receipt for proof I said no and was never given one. I guess they didn’t like that made and me get in the drive thru line and re explain how I was only missing one tender order. I get to the window and it’s 3 females in the window looking at me crazy, and I really just want my kids food it’s really not that serious, I paid and expect good customer service mistakes happen. I don’t know if the girl was a manager or what but she was a young Spanish/Latina with dark hair didn’t see her name tag. She asked me if I forgot to order tenders, and I told her no you all forgot to give me my other order. I paid $33.10 no I did not forget to add to my order. She had an attitude and I don’t appreciate all of them coming to the window as if they were trying to to intimidate me. I asked for honey mustard they gave me marinara, I had to get out the car this time only to meet her in person with more attitude and at this point I have an attitude as well. Please do better people work too hard to deal with attitudes after orders are messed up and I still never received my receipt that she asked me for.

The food wasn’t good over salted fries my burger was basically meet and cheese and little lettuce and one pickle. At least the fries were hot I guess. I just wish would’ve never came I want my money back since I can’t get my time or patience I exhausted.

Every time I come here, the wait is extremely long. It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 cars in the drive thru or 5, I’m always asked to pull forward and wait. It’s close to my house so it’s convenient and it’s one of the few food places that are open late. I typically get 1 combo and it shouldn’t take 30-45 mins. It seems to be well staffed so I’m not sure why productivity is so slow.
