I ordered ahead on the app , when I get there , the app says I am not near the location. So I wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I pressed the #3 , then another 10 minutes for my order that should’ve been ready when I got there . That was enough to annoy me , but it gets worse for some reason my fries were cold and hard , although the bag with the cheeseburgers were warm . I take my food home and attempt to heat my fries. There was no saving them and 1 of the burgers had a big burn on about a fourth of the bun. They didn’t taste very good either. My drink was completely filled with ice also . Complete waste of my money . I know the place is pretty new but this is ridiculous. Please train your employees better .

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. This was a horrible place to stop and try to grab food. At first when I arrived I was excited because it had a dine in area but there were a lot of very shady people just hanging out at the entrance door. I decided to just drive around and pull in and order. I used the app and checked in and waited forever on my food. It said it was on its way but it never came. I had to push the button and ask about it and was told it was on its way, after more waiting it finally came, but was incorrect. I will NEVER eat here again and possibly never at sonic because it was that bad. Fix this restaurant or close it down.

So good. Stopped here on the way home from Myrtle Beach and had very quick service. Tavis took our order right away and came out within 5-10 minutes, even apologized for the long wait, even though it was quick. The burgers were flavorful, juicy, and big. I got the #3 and my girlfriend got the #1. We also got an Oreo with Reese’s milkshake which was very good as well.

This is the third time in the past 6 months I have tried to give this Sonic location a chance, but each time it gets worse. Tonight I wanted to get my children a treat. I ordered online to help expedite. Arrived at 9 and checked in, as they said it would be ready then. Checked in and it said they were working on it. Twenty minutes later it said it was on its way and cleared the screen tracker. Another ten minutes later and still nothing so we pressed the button and asked. The reply was we will bring it when it’s ready. Umm..the tracker said it was on its way. So another five minutes and an order was brought to us. We were given a slush instead of a shake. My husband went in and the employee that had brought the order out asked what was wrong and he told him, to which his reply was “Go tell one of them.” We were not the only order that was waited on Amir was wrong. I watched at least 2 more cars who were there prior to us have wrong orders. The last time this happened I sat on the phone with what is called customer service for a refund because I had ordered food they didn’t have and they could not go me anything in exchange or refund me, to which I had to wait 2 weeks to even get the refund. Poor poor business! Eat anywhere else but here.

Bought a sonic blast one brownie one and a mm one. For medium sized the only “brownie” pieces I got was 1, no joke just 1 little piece of brownie in the whole thing . A little cookie crumbs on top. Same way with the mm one. A little on top and maybe a teaspoon and that’s being generous. Never will go back there again. Outrageous price for vanilla ice cream

This place always has such good service with great food. I haven’t gotten a single bad thing yet. Addicted to the queso burger, which is limited time only, and I’ve been eating it like crazy. I also love their pickle fries. They have great flavors you can mix and match to make a custom drink. This is much better than the Sonic we had years ago. Would recommend this place to all local and traveling people. Delicious!

Decided to try Sonic. Haven’t been there in forever. I saw a Triple Smash Burger advertised, and I like large burgers. I decided to go inside since I don’t like eating in a car. You order the same way inside as outside by pushing a button. One customer was inside eating with 2 cars outside. I pushed the button and was told they would be with me in a minute… they had to catch up. Catch up? There were 2 cars and 1 customer. I waited 10 minutes to order. I got a Combo. Anyway, it came out pretty quickly. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The fry box was hardly filled, and the fries were pretty limp. You could tell the grease was old as well. I’ve worked in food service. At first, I thought they gave me the wrong burger because it looked like a single from McDonald’s. It was hardly a triple. I felt like I was eating a kids’ meal. I decided to try it anyway. The burger was fair, but it tasted like someone had poured half a shaker of salt on it… not exaggerating. Sadly, I don’t think I will be giving this store another shot. It’s sad they have let this store go like this in such a prominent location with great potential.
