Told the guy over the order screen that we wanted a Oreo peanut butter shake and he gave us a peanut butter shake and also the correct one. They didn’t bother mixing the syrup or the strawberry into it. Their service was slow too

Horrible! We pulled up at 10:00 and they told us the grill was already cleaned and they weren’t cooking anymore burgers. And she was talking through her headset while outside talking to someone in the car that clearly wasnt ordering anything. Need to do better!

Went to order food twice at this location, both times were around 11:30pm. With no other cars in drive thru line. They close at midnight. First time, employee told me “systems were shut down”. Second time, “we are only serving fried food.” I get it, yall close at midnight, but it wasn’t like I tried to order at 11:55pm. Manager was also fussing at employee about taking more orders at that time.

This location was wholly unprepared. Not taking orders so we waited 15 minutes – rhey took the order and charged us but didn’t have the higher priced items we ordered they gave lower priced and no adjustment on price. It took 4 people to figure out they didn’t have pretzel buns.

It looks like the employees at this Sonic are working to actively sabotage the sales and food. It took 30 mins to get my order only to find out it was wrong. I drove back and then it took another 20 mins to get my order which was way too salty so I had to throw most of it away. At this point, I didn’t have the patience to drive back again and possibly wait 20-30 more minutes to end up getting the wrong food or extremely salty food again. DO NOT order through the app or pickup order at this Sonic. In fact, don’t even visit ever.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae, plain vanilla cone and a caramel shake. The sundae was ok. Wished there was more fudge, and on top of the ice cream, instead of at the bottom of the cup. But all in all, the ice cream was good.
Return visit: ordered M & Ms and Cookies and Cream Blasts and a Blue Raspberry Slush. Pretty good. Great service too.

If I could leave less than that I would. I literally ordered a drink and a side on the app and came to the stall where I checked in and it said my order was ready. Waited 30 minutes for my food. They said they “lost it.” Will never be back. I’ve had issues with extensive wait times for two items in the past as well.

I paid a dollar for extra bacon. What is this?? What do yall classify as “extra” bacon? How many slices comes on the thing normally?? Supposed to be four! I was given three little half pieces. Wow. Hope you enjoy my “extra” dollar for that “extra” bacon and the tip I gave you that was “extra” to my total. Y’all “extra” suck.
Update: To the reply below, I was offered a coupon for a free cheeseburger. Please explain to my why in the world I would want that when every single experience I’ve had here has been horrible!? Every single one. Not one time have I had a good experience. Took me three visits to learn my lesson. Three stikes and you’re out. The employees here do not care about their job or the people they serve. Shut this place down or hire new staff. Ridiculous.

We hit the call button at our stall and never got an answer after multiple tries so we ordered through the app for pickup. We ordered at 7:16pm, entered our stall number and even saw on the stall screen “your order is in the kitchen.” Once our order process left the screen, it should have been delivered within a few minutes. My app also showed it closed out and completed. By 7:50, still no food. I tried to call the store twice assuming the call button was broken and no calls could even go through. I tried the call button again and it worked. They insisted they didn’t have our order. I confirmed their address and told them I have it on my app in my phone and could show them but we don’t have our order. The employee was nice and he said he’d send a manager to help me. I never got rude. All of a sudden within 4 minutes our order comes out and the frozen treats were half melted. No manager ever came to talk to us and the bell hop was rude. I’d love to ask for a refund considering we never got rude and they didn’t even apologize for the delay, their mess up, nothing and didn’t even have half way decent customer service. But I can’t ask for a refund since a manager never came to talk to me nor can I get a call to go through to the store.
