The service is usually good here but not today. Ordered online checked in when I got there which was 2 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. No one responded to the button being pushed for 5 minutes at which time I checked in. Push it again when another customer who had arrived after me got their order before me. The rude person who answered said you have to check in when you get here which I told her I had already. My food had obviously been sitting there for a while.

I had the pleasure to meet one of your employees. Such a sweet and personable soul. I don’t typically go to Sonics but due to his sweet demeanor I will be visiting. I hope you know that James Kelley is a GEM! Please give that man a well deserved raise! I’ll be checking in to ensure he got what he so surely deserves. I wouldn’t come to Sonic if it wasn’t for him!

This place is disgusting to say the least. The building itself is filthy, the tables are covered in filth, and my burger came out swimming, literally swimming in a pool of grease. The owner should be ASHAMED of how this place looks and the product they serve. The service is the only redeeming quality of this establishment. I took pictures to back up my review but dont know how to add them. If i figure it out i will update it. And just in case you the owner sees this, i will say it again, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

Nasty food. Order the bacon cheese crossiant combo. Bread was burnt!! Bacon harder then a rock! Cheese not melted due to sandwich was never heated up. For the price they charged this ridiculous. Don’t have to worry about me ever going back.1st & last time.

Manee, I think that’s how it’s pronounced, gave us exceptional service. He made sure everything was correct and extremely patient with my Boba requests. He was funny, polite and everyone there is always working so hard they should all get huge christmas bonuses

I usually don’t have an issues when I come here. But I came to this sonic and waiting in the drive thru for 12 mins while one cashier was on her phone and just keep looking at the drive through and never help anyone. 2 cars behind left. So I pulled up to the window and the same looked at me and walked away while in her phone. The only person who came to help me was the young white lady in there. She deserve a raise!

Went there recently and was completely ignored in both the drive thru and stall. The people inside just glanced at me and walked away several times. I never even got the chance to speak to anyone. I called corporate and they made me sign up for the app and said they were going to give me a meal voucher on it but never did. Sonic has been going downhill more and more lately and the employees cant be bothered to even take an order now? I see why they can’t keep anyone.

The most rudest, unprofessional, disrespectful customer service drive through worker (spanish female) . Smacking her teeth and blowing her breath while taking order doing the most making me repeat my order three times. Didn’t want the service no more.
