I have patronized many Sonics in my years on this planet and this one is by far the most continuously disappointing location I’ve ever visited. The screens are always on the fritz so going through the drive thru is preferred. There often seems to only be 1-2 people working therefore everything is slow. There is without fail something wrong with our order and we have to wave down an employee for correction. When the order is corrected it’s almost always below standard. Fries are fried to a crisp, pretzel is hard as a rock, Blasts are not mixed past the first inch of ice cream, etc. At night there often seems to be the same ONE guy working who is often taking orders, making food, AND sweeping/cleaning. We only ever return because it’s the only Sonic within miles and sometimes you want ice cream. I wish Dairy Queen wasn’t 15 minutes away…

This place sucks now. The girl brought out drinks out from my mobile order and she didn’t say anything. Just handed us our drinks. The slushes were half slush/half liquid like they were made hours ago. Some drinks weren’t even made correctly with the correct ingredients. Then I had to notify the girl that she also forgot the tater tots. She looked confused and then just went inside and came out with a bag of tots. We tried getting items weeks ago but the store closed unexpectedly. Other people were waiting in the drive-thru and workers inside the store refused to even say they were closed or put any information out there. I will never go here again and would recommend the same for you.

I hope the employees are looking for another job. This place will be closed if it keeps messing up overpriced orders. I’ve been here 3 times and only ever order 1 combo meal and 2 of those times something was missing. I’m done with this place.

Got a sausage and egg croissant breakfast sandwich meal for breakfast. The bread was hard and cheese had a milky texture. Will not eat there again.

I said no tomatoes due to allergies they brought the burger with tomatoes and the onion rings were not cooked all the way to the point that the breading was soggy and filling off the patties were cold and shriveled. I usually love sonic but this one I will not be going back to

Sonic Drive-In food has always been mediocre however I was craving something greasy so I stopped in for a bite the food was less than edible. Onion rings almost had a petrified look to them definitely not appealing to the eye or the taste buds. the only reason why I gave it two stars is because the nice young man that brought me my food had a very pleasant attitude. From an old forgotten drive-thru, the food tastes almost the same forgotten and dry.

I had one of the worst experiences at Sonic today. My order was delivered by a driver who completely ignored me — no greeting, no eye contact, no “thank you,” nothing. I tried to say something, but they walked away without acknowledging me at all. Customer service should be basic courtesy, and this was just plain rude. If this is the level of service Sonic thinks is acceptable, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

We have only visited this location once, so perhaps it would be different on another day. However, when we arrived to order in the drive thru, the employee was clearly having a bad day and had no interest in taking orders. They were incredibly rude and borderline yelling on the intercom. As far as speed of service, we were the only car in line and we still had to wait close to 15 minutes for two combo meals and three milkshakes. Overall, the food quality was on par with the service, meh at best. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location.

I placed an order on the app and was hoping I could arrive and get my order and continue working doing rideshare services. Instead, I waited over 15 minutes for a single $1.99 sandwich and a small fry. Order was cold by the time it made it out the door 15 ft across to the stall in my hands. The rep smiled as she just dropped the receipt into the window and handed me the bag. No napkins in the bag. Sandwich cold. The general attitude of nonchalant indifference towards paying customers is very bothersome. Also there were at least two employees hanging out in the outside dining area – while a line wrapped around the building for the drive thru. I noticed I didn’t get my food until every car was completed in the drive thru. 😐 I will absolutely never come back here and spend my money
