One visit you’ll get a great shake with whipped cream and a foam cup. The next they tell you that that’s not how they make them and it’s just inconsistent and confusing. Takes longer than it should, and then milkshakes are coming out liquidity and have ice cream dripping on the outside and the workers know that and still hand it to you like that. $22 for 3 shakes 2 medium 1 small. Cost extra for’ m&m’s and it doesn’t seem like there’s much extra in there. My whole family comes to this sonic but I doubt we will continue

Additional review: Stopped by for some strawberry real fruit slushes. Took a sip, and it didn’t taste right. When I opened up the cups, the drink was white with just a small amount of red at one side. Went through the drive thru to ask about it, since I’ve never had them look that way before. The employee was very kind and made the drinks over again, and they looked much better.
Original review: Came here for an early lunch on Sunday. The person who took our order was super friendly and patient. The food was definitely pricy, but it was hot and tasted good. We particularly liked our milkshake. I’d never eaten inside before today, and I liked the decor and music playing.

I stopped by the Sonic on Battlefield today for lunch and just had to say — Taylor was amazing! She was such a breath of fresh air — super kind, funny, and made sure my order was perfect. She double-checked everything and had the best attitude the whole time. It’s not every day you get that kind of customer service, and she definitely made my morning. Thanks, Taylor! ✨

Experience has been awful. We’ve been sitting here over an hour waiting. Ordered through the app, parked at a stall, and sat for at least 40 mins in the stall (said my food would be ready at 11:02) and couldn’t get any answers. Moved to the door to just cancel the order at this point. The app won’t let you, and no one is helping. Another person stood at the locked door for at least 30 mins after ordering from the stall. I’m currently still waiting… I’m just trying to get my money back at 12:08. At least answer and inform what is going on. It’s not worth your time.
Update: mobile orders and doordasher are waiting to figure this mess out also. It is now 12:30. What am I supposed to do? This is just crazy. One car every 20 mins going thru the drive thru.

I’m trying the new pulled pork BBQ. It’s ok it’s not the best BBQ, but it’s decent, and the price is not bad. Also, the sauce has a slight kick to it but not in a spicy way

highly disappointed went at 8:30 no one in line ordered a drink and tots. waited for my tots only for them to be cold when i drive off terrible no one answers the phone so i can get a replacement let’s do better

My experience here has always been good. They are often short handed but the food is always good fresh and they make it as if they were making it for themselves therefore I don’t mind the wait. They really need to hire more people to work if you are going to have late hours. Thanks again for good service.
