Got there, ordered, no way to pay because the screen was broken. About 10 minutes later someone walked in with my food but they had to go back to get the mobile car reader to pay. The food was cold, and I was shocked that this is a medium fry?? If this is a medium fry, what does a small look like?

Terrible Customer Service…… 11:39PM “We’re Closed!” – Responded – I’m sorry, I thought the normal business hours close @ 12:00PM? (21 Minutes Early)… Replies, “No, we close when we say we’re closed!”…. I understand it’s late and near the posted hours of operation, but the attitude and tone of response was not necessary. There are many better statements/correct ways to just simply saying- I’m sorry but we are in the process of shutting down for the evening… A simple, and polite response would have been absolutely understood and accepted. However, the extremely rude and disrespectful manor of speaking to a customer In a business based on customer service reflects poorly on this location.

Came around 2 on a week day. Ordered a chicken sandwich, dilly fries, and shake. I’m picky about my shakes but the consistency of the chocolate shake was excellent with thick and just enough liquids to suck through the straw, taste not so much. The shake was vanilla with chocolate syrup and everything half way down the cup was not mixed. The ice cream tasted like cardboard might taste. Very bland. My fries had a good flavor but they were mostly an inch or maybe 2 at most long and they were cold. The sandwich was with mayo and extra pickles. Luke Warm sandwich but the chicken was cooked thoroughly and pickles were crisp and tangy with just the right amount of mayo. Not dry at all!!! Taste was good. Could’ve been a little warmer. So would I give them another try? Yes. I just feel my food wasn’t fresh and fries were not big enough. Staff were very sweet and patient. Only worker there I seen. As I sat parked I noticed another lady worker going to the restroom behind the building ( into an outside restroom). I asked the worker if they had a restroom and I was told no.
