If I could have given negative stars, I would have. After 9 hours of travel we stopped by for a quick bite. I have never experienced that kind of horrible service in my entire life. The cashier could not be bothered, and how dare we require her to do the bare minimum of her job. The attitude was UNREAL. I have NEVER felt so unwelcome anywhere in my entire life, from the moment we walked in. The disrespect, and blatant annoyance she had by us just being there. My family and I will never return to this location and I urge others to steer clear. The food was subpar. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Would love to speak to a franchise owner about this interaction. Cashiers name was Emma.

I ordered online so no feedback about the order service, but my food was less than satisfactory. Everything was ready when we picked it up, but that’s probably because the fries were made hours before. What’s more annoying is I tipped through the app because I work in the service industry and I know pay sucks. It’s not too much to ask for at least moderately fresh food.

Terrible. Overpriced and their real banana milkshake is not real banana it is banana flavoring!! Liars!! My fries had been sitting for at least an hour and were cold and hard. Worst sonic I have ever been to. Also the cashier was rude.

This place is awful!!! They don’t let you use the bathrooms. They close the dining room 2 hours before closing so you can’t sit inside. Employee are rude & the food was cold & poor quality.

Horrible service, I pushed the button several times to place my order. I waited from 8:50 to 9:15and no one assisted me. I pulled up to the drive through and the female employees was laughing and talking amongst each other. The young lady asked me what you need instead of may I take your order. No gloves or masks woren by the employees. I guess they more concerned about the conversation between each other instead of assisting customers. Will never return to this establishment.
