We came to this sonic for ice cream one night and lunch the next day. Very friendly staff on every visit. We had a mistake one one order and they fixed it very fast and with no issues. Great location for Sonic.

Had to place an order over $100, with that being said the food came out in great time and what was expected. There was only one or two small issues (out of 13 orders) that could have easily been a miscommunication anyone’s part. Good location and the parking lot seemed cleaned with people sitting outside eating.

Last June 24, 2023 Bought 2 of #1 combo, one of the cheeseburger has string on it. I’m glad my daughter is big enough to see it before eating it. I emailed the company but no response and called the store with no answer.

Claims they are closed early even though their posted holiday hours say they are open for another 10 minutes. Glad they did, I would rather have my food from someone that is lying to their boss. And not selecting which cars they wanted to service, the one before and after us got served.

It was extremely busy so no where to pull into a spot to place an order except for the first spot up front. I pushed the red order button and the guy came in and said ” can I take your order?” I said ” Hi there, can I —and that’s all I could say before he repeated ” can I take your order?” I them had to push the red button again and I started again with ” can you hear me because I already—- and that’s as far as I got before he came back on and said ” hello, hello, hello , can I take your order?” So we sat there for a couple minutes thinking someone would come out and take our order because there was obviously something wrong with the speaker but no one came out, as I said it was very busy so there wasn’t another speaker spot to pull up to and the drive through was very long and besides that we wanted to eat in the car because it was over 100° and didn’t want to sit at an outdoor table. We were just very disappointed. We ended up at Burger King to get burgers and ice cream instead.

I have never been to sonic and I was sooo excited to go and my family got there at 10:49 pm on the dot. We had pressed the service button multiple times and they kept us on hold purposefully to not serve us and waited until 11 on the dot, so they can say they were closed to not serve us. There was another car there that arrived there after us and they got served before us.

Can’t remember the name but young girl working at this location lost my card and tried handing me one that wasn’t mine. Definitely won’t be coming back. She also kept slamming the window while my grandma tried talking to her cutting her off. Also got my order wrong. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but today was not it for you guys lol
