Haven’t had a complaint about the Patapcso place yet, but they deliberately gave me buns with no patties on two burgers. Couldn’t even get a refund, and they don’t pick up the phone. I’m going to get someone fired there, y’all know what you’re doing. Gave me the burritos and then did that.

This is by far the most unacceptable food I’ve ever received. Not only were the burritos hard but the size of the “super sonic burrito” and the “jr. Sausage egg and cheese” are all micro size. I always go to the one on Pulaski and it’s great but this was one if not the WORST sonic food I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing and tasting.

The stall was broken and how to pay was unclear. After about five minutes someone came out and told us we could pay at the drive thru. Then my order was wrong wanted onion rings and got fries which he tried to charge more money for after I had paid for them. Very unsatisfied

Went out of my way from work to get something sweet, ordered a Reese’s blast – got a big cup of vanilla ice cream topped with a little bit of Reese’s… Not blended, nothing. beings that’s what I really wanted, I was quite irritated, not to mention the area it is in seems pretty rough and run-down. I won’t be returning here again.

The photo says it all. This was supposed to be the newest queso smash burger . So dry. Only one patty is in tact. Hardly any queso. No southwest sauce. No tortilla strips. Shameful . I hope the management or corporate office sees this. They charge $8.49 for this?

Never will I ever come back here. Customer service was not good, the lady in the drive through had us waiting for 10 minutes before even speaking to us in regards to our meal while we were still in the drive thru. Then I got my food and pretty much paid $10 for what looks to me less than what kids get on their menu. Then when we asked the cashier if this was how big they should be, she said yes. There is no way this is a full meal for an adult. Just ridiculous. Never again.

Workers were more worried about gossiping than taking an order. My milkshake has a streak of peanut butter in it. Peanut butter is suppose to be mixed into milkshake. Don’t advertise what you can’t make. $6 for a small milkshake that can’t even be made correctly. Thanks for not being able to do your job.
