Service is slow. The coney cheese was stuck to the wrapper and we had no flatware. The food did not seem to be as good as last time were here. Even so, we enjoyed our lunch. We never eat in the car (a car is not a dining room), so we like that we can go inside here. However, it is barren.

I have lived in the area for a while and have unfortunately been witness to this location’s decline. It used to be great!

These days, food is still pretty good but they are always understaffed. It’s to the point where only the drive through is open and even that is pretty slow. The inside stays locked and they don’t let you order through the screens anymore.

Unfortunately I can’t get my truck through the drive through. Would like to keep visiting this location but it looks like I don’t have a choice in the matter.

Quick shout out to the employees that man the store. Even understaffed, nearly every encounter I’ve had they’ve had a really great attitude with me and made some exceptions for me last summer so thank you very much

For my 1st visit I’m impressed with only 2 workers in the time from order to the time to fresh hot food I had no issues even on a Saturday morning better than I expected. With 2 orders of fries . onion rings . mozzarella sticks. And Breakfast Toaster . Thumbs up service speed and quality . I can only speak for my experience

I ordered a Medium cookie dough Blast, I was given a medium Blast, I was charged for a large Blast. Whatever, there was a car behind me so I make peace with my missing dollar. I pulled out and opened my blast, and it was an entire cup of soft serve yogurt with 15 pieces of cookie dough sprinkled on top. There were no pieces mixed in, nothing below the surface. I couldn’t even ratio one cookie dough ball for each bite. The same order used to leave me with left over cookie dough. This was a $7 soft serve yogurt.
If you are out of cookie dough, say something and I’ll choose another flavor.
If the cookie dough import tariffs are cutting your margins too thin, tell me and I’ll pay for an extra scoop or two.

Terrible service for mediocre food – and that’s only when they actually decide to serve you.

Recently pulled up into a parking spot in the afternoon and upon hitting the button and waiting like five minutes, got told “We aren’t taking orders because we have too many mobile orders.”

Not the first this has happened to me either, and ended up making me waste 30 minutes of my day going out to the location and having to drive back with nothing. If you can’t take the time to take a single order for a single drink from a person who is actually physically at your location, you’re in the wrong dang business.

Absolutely deplorable service. Even when you do get served, it’s incredibly slow service for mid-tier food on top of the terrible service. My advice for anyone interested in going here? Don’t There are better options for the same price in the same area.

Waited over 30 minutes and left with no food. Probably closer to 45. When I showed up there was only one other car and the drive thru looked empty. By the time I left it was full and no one had gotten their food. Hit the button in the stall to check on my food and the guy told me to hold and then never came back.

Ive been to this one plenty of times in the past and never had any issues, but looking at other reviews, it seems this one has really gone downhill within the last 6-12 months. The owner is commenting on peoples post but not doing anything about it. Seems like this will be the last time I go to that sonic.

This location has been going down hill for a while. I’m officially done going to this location after a recent visit. It used to be only two stalls were broken and they are for pick up orders. After sitting in the “pick up stalls” no one would come. This visit, I parked in a stall with the screen, unfortunately ALL the screens are broken. I thought I made the staff aware by putting my stall number in the app that I arrived. After waiting great than expected, I had to go in the building. I told them I was waiting and they said “ We want people to go through the drive thru.” I asked how would I know that when the past pick ups have been car side? There is zero signage saying to do anything; wait, go inside or go to the drive thru. I then asked for a receipt and I told they don’t give receipts for online orders. This is a lie because I was offered receipts for online orders.

I spoke with the manager who seemed just as confused about the whole pick up process.
It’s unfortunate corporate does not care about this location. The staffing is poor, the screens are all broken, the service is slow even when placing an app order, you get stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes. At one point, the staff was parking in the stalls because they were so short staffed, leaving only three stalls open. It’s just sad how this location has gone down hill and no one seems to care. I’ll save my funds for better service and food.

Slowwwww. Probably the slowest fast food I’ve experienced in a long time. It’s been 20 minutes and STILL no food yet. Customers that ordered drive through are receiving their food faster than we are.

We’ve come to this location 3 times. Every single time there is some kind of issue. If you enjoy not getting all the food you paid for and having to go back in, this is your place.

Service is very slow, your told to move from stall to stall and than go through the drive thru.

Pulled into the drive through at 6:48pm. Received food at 7:20pm. Customer service was horrible. They told us to wait at the window … they never came to assist us. I had to call the place and have them tell us to pull to the next window in order to get assistance. The two young adults working there were high and whoever Jordan/Jason is was the only one who did his job.
