I went to Sonic today and they completely messed up my order 3 times. A kids meal that no one seemed to be able to put cheese on the burger. I went around the 3 time the slapped a piece of cold cheese on the sandwich. Which was gross the lady at the window was really nice. I ordered cheese sticks were hard. Just a waste

I love Sonic and their food the lady was very nice! It’s in a very nice location next to Baltimore and DC and Virginia it’s in a town center next to a hotel the lady checked our orders it was very nice she was being as great as she can. It’s time for the real review! So I ordered the Sonic Cheeseburger and I asked for only cheese and they gave me a grilled cheese with only cheese! I can’t eat that I am kind of allergic so I was very mad that I paid for a burger and get a grilled cheese a burger is 3$ more than I grilled cheese 3$ wasted right now I am waiting in line to question and return this stuff 2 star

Service is going down hill I may try them again but idk its a shame I have to drive 16 miles out 30+ mins to get good Service, and I don’t even eat sonic like that… the smash. Burgers are pretty good and the shakes, everything else is hot or miss the tater tots or the fries might taste like heat lamp. The online ordering might be turned off which means no savings, or deals or specials that have been sent to you can be used just terrible.

The Happy Hour drinks are the reason I go. I am not a fan of their food.
It is the first Sonic I have seen with a drive through and walk-in to order areas.
The workers were moving fast, but it was taking a very long time for the pull up and order section, so we went through drive through, and that moved pretty fast.
We wanted to do 2 orders and were very rudely told we can only do one order in the drive through.
They move way too slow to have those kinds of rules.
I will only go during Rush Hour and keep my order very simple.

The employees are a bit lazy and obviously don’t take their job seriously. So I ordered a Blast which came with Chocolate Ice Cream And candy inside of it. I waited for a while like 25 minutes so I knew that it was probably going to be melted when it got to me. The waitress brought it out to me and sure enough it was melted so I asked could they redo it and she agreed. She brought me back out what I thought was a new one but upon inspecting it all they did was add some fresh vanilla ice cream on top of it and put candy on top of it to make it look new. I didn’t even want to fuss with them anymore so I just went on and left but laziness like that is such a turn off because it can’t be that much of an issue for you all to just redo the order. And to try to deceive the customer because you want to be lazy and don’t feel like making it over is just a slap in the face and a bad representation for the company.

Slow as molasses would be an understatement. Pretty sure the store is gaming their service time metrics – order was immediately cleared from board, then finally came out after flagging someone down – nearly a HALF HOUR LATER (corporate should probably 10x their service times for a reasonable actual metric). Mind you, this was for 2 drinks. This store is a JOKE and run by clowns

I’ve been to this location three times. The first time, they were rude, and took forever, and didn’t put much in my shake (missing one of ingredients entirely) but I figured they were busy so I let it go. The second time, it took forever -again, to get through the drive through. They were rude again, and told me the ice cream machine was down ( the only reason we drive a half hour to go). The third time, the drive thru took a long time again (only two cars in front of me), and they told me -again that there was no kind of ice cream (again, the only reason I went). I went ahead and just got a chili cheese coney, and it was the worst one I have ever gotten. I took a bite, and it was not even hot. The cheese was everywhere.
This location is awful. The people are rude and take forever, and somehow their ice cream machine never seems to work. When it does, the order is wrong, or made terribly.
Will not be bothering to go to this location, ever again.

Ordered 3 meals got the wrong drink for 1 asked for a diet cherry limeade she gave me a coke zero ordered a bottle water gave me my food and left i waited for her to come back to the window asked for the water she then say oh we anit got none smh so she gave me a large cup of water which I didn’t mine then get home to see she gave me the wrong sandwich will definitely not be going back to this place worst store ever get better management

I ordered the Honey BBQ Sauced Jumbo Popcorn Chicken Combo. For sure was not worth it. Jumbo? These tiny pieces of skin weren’t just overcooked, but also cold upon arrival along with the fries which doesn’t make since considering the UberEats driver got to the restaurant barely 5 minutes after I placed the order. Also, my food wasn’t in a sealed bag. The strawberry limeade was a disappointment. I expected something close to lemonade as far as the bitter/acidic taste, but this tasted like watered down strawberry soda with strawberry pieces inside. I used to love Sonic when I was high school. I don’t know what’s changed over the years, but I will not be ordering here again.
