If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Absolute worst fast food experience I’ve ever had and I’m not even exaggerating. Spent $31 on food that was inedible. Waited 20 full minutes at the drive thru window after ordering, “for onion rings”. When the food finally came out, I realized we only had 4 of the 5 chicken strips in our order, to be told they “ran out” and it’d be “another 10 minutes for them to make more”. So instead of making them fresh while the onion rings took 20 min to make ( ), they were just going to short the order without saying anything? Then when we got home, 2 of the 4 chicken strips weren’t even fully cooked. The onion rings were a joke – half were burnt and even though we had paid for 2 separate orders we only had enough for really 1 order. The corn dogs were undercooked and still had raw batter inside. We will never eat here again and I suggest you don’t waste your time or money either based on all the other recent 1 star reviews too (wish I had checked them before we went).

Like this place a lot. How can you go wrong. Cheap and my opinion well worth it. Order your food and drinks pay for it and before you know it they are bringing it out to you. I did notice that there is not a tip option on the order screen.. so don’t forget to leave them a tip!!

Restrooms are locked and they will not open them. The tables are broken, rusted and generally the eating area is dirty and run down. The kids running the place on Friday during the day are more concerned with socializing than waiting on people.

Waited at the drive through for around 20 minutes just to leave without even getting my order taken (no one else was in line before me). Everytime I tried to say “hello” to be serviced, the person working kept saying “one minute please”. Not sure if they’re short staffed or not, but when I got out of line since I waited so long, the staff were sitting around and some lady is standing in front of the drive through window. I’m so confused as to what was going on tonight here, but I’m highly disappointed because I have never tried sonic and was intrigued to try.
Countless customers were leaving the line after me and a few even went directly to the drive through window to get their preordered food. Highly unprofessional to tell people in line to keep waiting and have people picking up from the drive through window. As a consumer, we would rather you close the drive through and accept online orders only if you are short staffed. I am extremely disappointed as I would’ve liked to try sonic for the first time…

If I could also give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. We ordered and waiting 30 minutes in one of the stalls. We tried to call back in with no interaction from the employees on what the status was for our food. we have kids in the car and thought this would be a quick turnaround. Not the case. DO NOT go here if you expect something quick. The food was lack luster too and they forgot our mozzarella sticks in the end as well. Will never go back.

The food is very good, however, there is only ever one worker so it takes forever to get your order. I’m not even mad at the worker because she is doing the best she can. I’m angry that the company doesn’t put more than one person on a shift or hire more people. It is unfair for the worker and for us.

Honestly I never feel compelled to make reviews. This was horrible. Me and my husband got BACON cheeseburger. (They came with no bacon and sopping wet soggy) my sweet tea taste like sugar water. Waited at the drive through for 30 mins cause the self order was not available. Me and my husband took two bites. Felt sick. Decided to eat somewhere else. I tend to cut slack since I also work in customer service but this was just undesirable.

Very surprised that we had such a terrible experience at sonic tonight. We ordered 2 sonic blasts and one milkshake. For the milkshake they were out of peanut butter so I had to settle for a different flavor. The two sonic blasts were supposed to be with M&Ms. However, there were no M&Ms in the blast. We went back and asked them and they said oh we ran out of M&Ms would you like to try something different. When we got the new sonic blasts which were supposed to be Reesie‘s, they didn’t even blend anything into the ice cream. They just threw some Reesie pieces on top. Very disappointing.I don’t think we’ll be back.

Placed a mobile order on the app. It wouldn’t let me put a stall number in so we decided to go to drive thru. We sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before deciding to just drive up to the window. When we pulled up they were confused and we explained. They gave us our food but we were missing a drink, which they had no idea that we even ordered it. As we’re waiting for the last drink, I check my burger because it was supposed to have no mayo. Guess what? It had mayo. Explained to the girl at the window and she had absolutely no idea what was going on and asked if I wanted her to take it but didn’t say if they would make me a new one or refund me. I had to tell her multiple times that my burger needed remade because it had mayo on it. We now had to wait for that and ended up with cold food and flat sodas. When contacted customer service they stated that they could not give me a refund but they could add a $15 credit to my account. I told them that was unacceptable as I spent $30 on food and will not be returning to this sonic. CS stated they would escalate this to the store. I decided to try and contact the store and no one answers the phone.
