Just had a very positive experience at this place. The young woman working the drive thru was cheerful helpful friendly and efficient. Maybe I’m jaded but I find most of the people in this area working fast food are pretty miserable. She was just like the people you see on the commercials. It matters. Thanks Sonic.

I stopped at this location tonight & I was served by Jarrin. I believe this young man was working the entire restaurant by himself. But you couldn’t tell by his smile & attitude. He was doing his very best to seamlessly and kindly take care off each other person. I was missing something small from my order- not the point of this- but when I came through the drive thru and I saw how he was graciously handling what was to me, a very busy dinner rush, by himself brought tears to my eyes. I’ve been in customer service a long time, and Jarrin deserves a raise. I’ve also been a manager for a long time and would hire him on the spot based off what I saw. Thank you Jarrin.

I was asked you want raw onions or cooked. I said cooked and I got raw. I asked for double cheese and chilli. I got billed doubled but I got served less. Hotdog was cold and bun was hard cause it crumbled before it got to my mouth. The slushy had more color than flavor. The tater tots were perfectly fried cause they were hot. Overall food sucked and didn’t get what I paid for.

Awful. Just awful. Always forgets the dipping sauces, even forgets entire meals. The workers just dont give a damn, get a real GM in there, its too consistent for it to not be cultural.

Poorly run store. Drive in has a long wait. Placed a mobile order and one item was wrong. Replacement breakfast item did not have a scrambled egg, it was fried. Not like any breakfast item I ever saw. Go somewhere else.

Nice job sonic with the bacon double cheeseburger I ordered through door dash . Old patty with no bacon and cheese melted on bun . Old lettuce . Paid 30 dollars for a blast and a bacon double cheeseburger. Spoke to manager . She stated she’s gonna make sure the kitchen does better . I feel so confident about her resolution lol make it make sense when charging the consumer for food . Terrible job

Burger was good, hot dog was good, ordered honey bbq wings, noticed two things: not enough sauce, wings weren’t even covered in the sauce fully, just partially as per photo, the fork was so cheap getting it out of its own wrapper bent it.

Been itching to go since reopening but both times have been a blunder. The first the place was closed, yet all of the lights and radio were open and google said they were open 3 hours later than they actually were. The big issue is that one of the employees was blocking the entire exit with his car instead of the entrance meaning I had to risk hitting someone head on to get out of the parking lot. The second i was able to get food but they didn’t have onion rings or any ice cream. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger toaster, but the bread wasn’t even toasted! So i ended getting a burger inbetween two slices of white bread. What a depressing downhill slope this location has been.

My husband placed an order online- 2 smash cheeseburgers and one hamburger (my son has a dairy allergy), 2 orders of fries, onion rings and a shake. It was supposed to be ready by 8:38pm. He got there in time, but the door was locked and he had to go through the drive thru line, which was long. By the time he got the food everything was cold, except the shake, which was melting and dripping. When he got everything home all we had were cheese burgers, no plain burger for our son. They need a new system for online pick ups – the cheeseburgers were that good – Shake Shack is better. The fries and onion rings were over salted.
