First, I ordered and had to repeat the order over 5 times for 3 sandwiches a fry and a drink and they still GOT THEM WRONG!?
Second, the gentleman who took my order left directly after taking it. My order did not get completed until he returned 45 minutes later… I was floored.
Since the first part of my order was so hard to fill, I ordered the rest on the website. I received all of the order after I went back to the speaker and asked about the first, this was a 45 minute mark.
Lastly, the food was good, I’ll give them that…except for the hair on my chicken tender
This was so very upsetting I was so excited for Sonic and it turned out to be abysmal. I hope the rest of the chains are better
I got the chili cheese Frito burrito. It came in a 6 inch wrap, had two fritos(I opened it out of disbelief and barely no filling. It was lukewarm as well.
My wife got the garlic butter burger. Dripping wet with liquid from the onions, lukewarm and horrible.
Believe the reviews, this place should close for good and stop ruining the good name of Sonic.
We ordered a cheeseburger, barbecue chip flavored tots, large order was about 15 tots, coated with sauce – not a dried powder as depicted on the picture, a Philly cheesesteak meal with fries and an order of Cinnabon pockets. We wanted popcorn chicken but they were out of that.
We got everything but the cheesesteak. We went back around and the drive-thru was 4 cars deep so we swung into a parking spot and hit the button. We waited about 3-4 mins for someone to answer and told them we just came through the drive-thru and what we were missing. She knew exactly what we ordered and said okay, I’ll bring it right out. TWENTY MINUTES LATER the cheesesteak was delivered, the cheesesteak that should have been done and ready and sitting on the counter not bagged. By the time I got it I was hangry. The fries were well beyond overcooked, crunchy oil soaked potato sticks that were either burnt or double fried. We asked if there was a manager on-site and the young man who brought us the steak sent him out. The manager did apologize and refunded us the whole $23.90 for the order and also brought new fries that were less burnt but by then I was so mad that I didn’t want any of it. There is a reason why they’ve all closed but this one. It’s not what I remembered it to be. Popeye’s is right down the road.
