This is the second time my Sonic Blast was missing the chocolate syrup/hot fudge I paid extra for. Pictured below is a cookie dough sonic blast – mostly comprised of vanilla ice cream and cookie dough pieces. It’s incredibly disappointing when you’re craving it and it’s not there at all.
I love Sonic, but this has become a consistent issue. Paying extra and then having to add the topping myself at home kind of defeats the purpose.
Edit: I’m not interested in following links or filling out forms to explain this again. It should be done correctly the first time. This is the second time it’s happened, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. I’m sharing my feedback right here.

First thing I noticed The guy who takes orders is also the one who brings out food and does fast food line. He is a beast! I was afraid to go eat here due to reviews but glad I did , the food is very fresh and yummy!
Took pictures of fries due to reviews of soggy and cold. These were hot and fresh all the way down to the end of the fries no oil in bottom either.

Seriously will never go back. Had a visit on 5/30/2024. The bun on burger was as hard as concrete. The tator tots and fries were extremely old or the oil was well over the expiration time. The picture shows how some of the oil crystalized.
Spent 25 dollars on food and the only thing we actually had was the sodas. I tried calling the store several times and no one bothered to answer. So very disappointed. My fault I guess, for doing fast food. Dont bother responding that you can expedite my experience to the owner. Already contacted corporate and contacted the state to do a food safety check. Management should feel ashamed and embarrassed of running a business like this.

A mixed bag today. My wife and I occasionally come out this way for Sonic being its a quick simple date night on the run. The idea of ordering from a speaker and have someone come out to deliver has its charm.
Although, we are beginning to notice the age of the establishment. The overhang above the car is clustered with dead bugs and cobwebs (just above where your food is being delivered), paint is aged around the dirty exterior menu that is graffitied.
In regards to service, the lady taking our order seemed less than thrilled to be at work on a Friday night (relatable), but did not seem interested in the least. As I opened with a pleasant “hello and how are you this evening?” I was stunned to be met with silence and eventually a “what can I get you?”
The young man who delivered our food was very nice and professional. I felt bad as he had to run around the parking lot in search of a card reader that actually worked.
The food overall was delicious. But the state of the estaishment, and the initial young lady we spoke to will have us second guessing our next time around.

Very disappointed in the experience and the food quality, preparation and value were ridiculous. Used to look forward to Sonic when visiting PA as I don’t have many in MD where I live, but I’ll likely go without forever if this is the new norm. Were it not Xmas Eve, I’d make the time to go back FOR A REFUND and to share w/management.

Went through the drive thru, and when the kid came on, he was laughing like there was a party going on. We ordered 2 breakfast burritos, a premium burrito, and French toast sticks. Neither when we ordered or when we got out food did they tell us they were out of syrup. The eggs in the burritos were burnt with the black remains of who knows how many other eggs that weren’t cleaned off for hours. When we went back to tell them and get different food, it was a new girl (Reagan) just getting on shift who was super nice and understanding, so we got burgers instead. Mine ended up having a hair in it. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend.

On 6-5-2024 Sonic was closed with cones blocking the parking lot and the drive-thru at 12:04PM. They should have opened at 10:00AM.

I don’t have anything good to say, frankly. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru, and there was only one person in front of me. Food was awful. Literally the smallest chicken tenders I have ever seen in my life. Got asked three times what my order was… two of those were by the same kid. I won’t go back here again. It’s a shame because I really used to like their food and drinks.

Food was decent… EXCEPT the fries were cold and the lettuce was nowhere near fresh. Why put brown lettuce on a sandwich and ruin it?
Ice cream was good as usual…
UPDATE: tried to give them a second chance, but they forgot an item and when it came out the bacon was charred horribly!

UPDATE: I stopped into Sonic today and was disappointed in the disrepair of the establishment. Things used to be so nice. It has declined dramatically.
I very much enjoyed the Strawberry Cheesecake milk shake. The only problem, though not necessarily a bad one; is that the milkshake was to thick for the straw.
