Very nice staff and service. Food was tasty but they got my son’s order wrong. The wrong sandwich was given but he did enjoy what he got. He likes eating in the car so that was a treat for him. He was happy about the root beer. The tots were alright. We will come back and get the sandwich he didn’t get. The Texas toast was a hit for him.

Was my first time experiencing a sonics & it was pretty cool. I thought the park & eat thing was nifty. Never experienced anything like it before. I did have a hard time reading the menu from the passenger side which sucked & resorted in me just Ordering something simple that I could see. Their blizzards were amazing as well as the hot fudge Sundays. The ice cream in general was A+ if you ask me.

My chicken sandwich was RAW!!!! Not even warm…it was cold and raw and disgusting. Absolutely ruined my appetite. Definitely won’t be coming here again.

Yall really need to work on the drive-thru service. Had 1 car in front of me and they sat for 5 minutes at the order speaker. Nothing. They left and then i sat there for a few minutes. This has happened a few times here. Then if you go to a pull in spot they tell you its drive-thru only.

Limeade tasted like it was just a sprite and the corndog was burnt. The buffalo chicken was cold and had very little sauce. Oh also the bathroom was disgusting. Very disappointed

Why is this place even open. It never fails that every time i go they don’t have what I want available. “i have nothing icecream” or “ all we have is burgers and ice”. Legitimately I have been maybe 5 times over the last 6 months because they are always inadequate at having stock of what they need.

Worst experience ever… not sure what happened, i was getting a great service people was nice and food was hot and fresh and all the sudden since few weeks ago this restaurant has became the worst again like it was at some point. Horrible experience!!! Waited in line for 30min because the intercom was not working correctly and/or low staff…. Had to use the bathroom while in the drive through… disgusting. Finally up to order their chrispy chicken sandwich meal w/ Onion rings… “Sorry, no onion rings” For a drink, i wanted a Snickers Blast. ” Sorry, Icecream machine is down”…… Why not put a sign up ?????? After waiting 10 more min at the checkout window we finally get our food…. Bread on the chicken sandwich was rock hard!! And the chicken tasted like fish!!!!! Extreamly bad.. went straight into the trashcan

Ordered a chili cheese footlong with chili cheese tots large. waited 25 minutes for a wrinkly scorched chili cheese footlong with less than half a spoonful of chili and a cup the size of a child’s juice box of plain tater tots. after claiming they didnt have food the last 2 times we went, this establishment is now dead to us.
