First time here. My husband wanted to try the new American smash burger. Current one that’s being advertised. Girl on speaker seemed confused at first. He loved it. I got the hotdog combo. Asked for ketchup and onion. Slip said ketchup and onion. I got ketchup and mustard. Good thing I like mustard I guess. Hotdog was good. Bun seemed almost soggy. Fries were okay, I think a little old and hard. All in all, for $14 it wasn’t bad. He was satisfied!

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Ordered through the mobile app. I pull up to the speaker and the girl already sounded miserable as can be. I get my food and didn’t realize until i got home that my fry’s were absolutely hard as hell! I would not have been upset as i am if i wasn’t pregnant but how do you serve frys that are hard as a rock?!? This place has gone down hill substantially. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere…

Ordered via the app, drove 15 minutes to get my order in the drive thru, got home 10-15 minutes later, took the food out of the bag and noticed no hotdog or mozzarella sticks that was ordered and paid for. The tater tots with cheese that was ordered for my daughter were terrible. I tried a bite after she said about them being nasty and she wasn’t kidding! They were not hot and crispy and the cheese which appeared to be a slice of American cheese on top and was not all melted and didn’t have a good taste to it kinda like a plastic taste. The young guy at drive thru window seemed pretty cool though and gave complimentary ice cream for our dog that was with us. I tried calling the restaurant 5 times to tell them about the order and it would just ring then disconnect.

ordered through the mobile app and had ordered a large slushy with add ins with my meal. I didnt know there machine was broken which is totally fine and understandable, I know its not the stores fault. BUT what is the stores fault is the extremely poor customer service training these kids have in regards to the customers. we where given our food at our stall but wasnt told as to why I wasnt given any drink at all and when we tried to ask the server she was running inside. it was raining, again understandable. so I walked to the door and asked about my drink and she just says sorry our machine is broken with a smile. ohkay, fine, but how do we correct this? so I ask if I can just get a pop. and she said we can add raspberry flavors to anything and I said no thank you I cant have milk products and didnt think any pop flavors would taste good with blue raspberry so i just ask for a dr.pepper. she asks if I could go through the drive through to receive my replacement lesser cost of a drink because they didnt want to walk in the rain? I said I dont drive, im the passenger but I can ask and she cuts me off saying do you mind waiting here, so I do. she returns with a regular size pop and I ask if she can do a large being I paid for a large slushy with add ins and still not getting equal value. so she rolls her eyes walks back inside and hands me the most tasteless dr.pepper its essentially colored seltzer water. I do love sonic but ill be going to other locations where staff care about quality, customer satisfaction and job security because the kids working here dont seem to care about there job.

I really can never get a good meal here. The fries are always hard and cold as if they have been sitting there for a week. I usually get a cherry limeade which they can’t even put the fruit garnish that is supposed to come with it. I should not have to ask if my cherry limeade can have a cherry and lime in it. A part of making the drink is cherry and lime and they can even do that.

Terrible service. Waited 1 hour for a burger and shake on a mobile order. Was finally told it was given to the wrong person after asking multiple times for my order. A bunch of kids working who don’t give a shit and no one knows what’s going on. Finally got my shake then realized no straw or spoon was given to me. It was almost comical at this point. They need to allow negative stars for reviews

While at the Greensburg location, we tried to order slushies. The staff was dismissive and rude. Apparently, they are temporarily not available, but instead of being informative, the staff was irritated by my question and annoyed I didn’t know. (I’m not sure how I would know they were unavailable?) I realize its a fast food chain and not exactly a 5-star dining experience, but respect and kindness go a long way. I’m not a frequent patron, and quite frankly, I’m shocked they are still in business, but his visit doesn’t inspire me to return any time soon. I definitely won’t be recommending this establishment.

To be fair the poor girl was overwhelmed in drive thru with only her and one other worker staffed on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at around 18:00 hours. They did well for just two people considering the situation. I think management should work on their staffing however because even though you may only have a few cars come through you just don’t know when you’re going to get hit with a ton of people. The food overall is as expected, the Sonic way. The park and order was shut down due to staffing not being in line with what was needed at the time. I used to work in the restaurant industry and I understand cutting back, but you cannot efficiently run a full scale restaurant with only two people and expect everything to run smoothly. My advice to management is to have at least four people minimum on hand at all times. By the way, give your two workers a raise that were working today. You’re stressing them out beyond belief with how you staffed them today and they deserve better as your employees.

Pretty mediocre all around. Me and my father sayed at a nearby hotel while my mother was staying overnight at a hospital, and decided to drive overy and try this place out since we don’t have a Sonic’s around where we live. I had the vague notion that this place was more of a drive through thing, but I was a bit surprised that there was zero indoor seating, although there were some outside tables (although the surroundings are just parcking lots and hardly an area I’d consider being worth getting out of the car for). Ee bought two overpriced chicken sandwiches with fries, found them to be “just ok”. As the nught draw on our opinions slowly grew more negative as we realized how many better options were around. If your in the area, either go to one of the sit-down restaurants nearby or the taco bell if you are determined to have fast food.
Short version: Bland food, bad location, just acceptable service. Not recommended.
