Sad case.
Zero. Long service. Ordered a smasher. And guess what. They smashed it up like dog food. The store employees really knows how to tell you they don’t like you. They really need new staff or to be closed . Either way this isn’t Sonic’s brand and it’s ruining most of rochesters experience

Service zero. Ghost staff upfront. There are no dine in hours with live staff. Just an open floor. Food is zero: salty is cold. Customer care: zero , rude attitudes because they’re understaffed. Ordered online it took 45 minutes. 15 minutes in the dining area to be ignored. Then I singed in via the app another 30 minutes. Then cold food.I truly believe this store needs new management and workers. I’d never be back .

I loved the new lid addition. It looks so cute and so transparent that way I can see everything in my drink! The hot dog was LONG!!! The slushy was given out to the person in front of us but then given back to them which they gave us that one instead of redoing it… that’s okay cause I’ll build a better immune system!!!(we drank it so that’s why it’s half gone) Would come here again!

I have never been to Sonic before but I saw the dill pickle combo on television and because I love dill pickle anything, I wanted to try it. I got the dill pickle meal deal with the fries. My honest opinion is… It was NOT GOOD!!
I got about 15 fries and they had a nasty processed after taste. They seemed over done as well. The burger was a double cheeseburger but they are so smashed and over done and not even big enough for the bread. It also had a funny after taste and not that of dill. Finally the dill pickle lemonade bubble drink was not good until I put some tequila in it. All in all for the cost of over $18… I would never go back to Sonic Burger. I couldn’t even eat it all. My dog wouldn’t even eat the burger. I had to throw it away. Disgusting I should go get my money back.

I’m really disappointed with how this Sonic location was being run. I placed an online order and checked in at a stall, then ended up waiting another 45 minutes for my food — just two sandwiches, two fries, two drinks, chicken bites, and mozzarella sticks for my son, my husband, and me. When my order finally came out, the girl who brought it to me was incredibly polite and clearly doing her absolute best, but she looked completely overwhelmed.
It was heartbreaking to see that the entire restaurant was being run by only two people. They were absolutely slammed, juggling car after car while still keeping smiles on their faces. You could tell they were working non-stop, hustling as fast as humanly possible and still making the effort to be friendly and professional. These two employees were a perfect example of dedication and hard work, but they were clearly underwater.The food was correct but barely warm by the time it arrived — honestly, I didn’t even have the heart to send it back or ask for it to be remade hot because those two were already doing everything they possibly could. However, the chicken bites were completely inedible; they looked and tasted like they had been sitting around forever, and the mozzarella sticks were the same way. On top of that, none of my sauces came with the order, which just made the meal even more disappointing.Once again, this is not the employees’ fault. They were doing their absolute best under impossible circumstances. My frustration is entirely with Sonic’s management for allowing this. Running a restaurant on a skeleton crew like that is unfair to staff and customers alike. Absolutely horrendous decision-making on Sonic’s part.

We visited this place on the Sunday. There was plenty of parking spaces. the Place was open and sunny. It was pleasant to sit in.
We were attended to well and asked if we were ready to order. the order took about 10 minutes to prepare, the sauce was forgotten but i had no issues getting the sauce by asking for it.
The limeade was great, the fries were acceptable, the chicken was average and the breakfast sandwich was OK.
Overall the food experience was average.

Order took very long to be served up when it was ordered ahead and there was no line ahead of or behind me. They also only gave 2 toys in one kids meal and none in the others when we had three kids’ meals, I’m sure you can imagine how that went over when we realized it as the kids got their meals at home.

I tried the smash burger with bacon and it was delicious. All the food we ordered was very good. I also want to recognize how well the employees were at this location. Check out their menu and order your favorite food. I would definitely go back again.

First and last time I get sonic. Ordered Uber eats, cheeseburger and a $10 milkshake. Instead of giving me the $10 milkshake that I paid for they sent a medium Pepsi.
