App check in doesn’t work.. Tried to submit my space number and kept getting errors.. Tried to walk inside to get my food and all the doors are locked.. Knocked on the door and the girl walks by like I’m not there.. Had to go back to the car, drive all the way around and get into the drive thru line.. Defies the purpose of buying through the app and if I hadn’t already paid for my food in the app, I absolutely would’ve left. Especially after the girl at the window said the app isn’t their problem. Won’t be back to this location.

First time trying Sonic I got tater tots and the Unicorn slush. The tater tots were good, reminded me of McDonald’s hash browns, basically the same but different shape. I was super excited to try the Unicorn slush since I love cotton candy. It was disappointing to be honest, the cotton candy flavor was hard to taste at first. I mixed it up thinking maybe I needed to do that and it helped a little bit but it was still weaker than I expected it to be. If that’s the main focal point, I want to easily taste the flavor.. not have to search for it. I wouldn’t get it again unfortunately. Also the little boba bubbles in it I didn’t care for and they didn’t really make sense to me since they were supposed to be blue raspberry flavor? I guess blue raspberry cotton candy…? Idk it didn’t enhance the drink for me other than maybe aesthetics. Rather of omitted them and had a stronger cotton candy flavor overall.

My boyfriend got a vanilla shake and it was good but if you’re going to have a thick shake you should have the bigger straws.

By far the worst experience.
Ordered a RT44 Sweet tea at 10:45am through the mobile app. I got yo the store at 10:50am and no one was there. No one was answering the phones. All off the outside garbage cans were overflowing.

There were NO times posted on the doors or windows. About 2 hours later I called and a girl answered and said to come on down and she would give me the tea and said the employees all showed up late.

Upon entering the establishment,there was no one working in the lobby. I seen a sign to ring the bell for service. I did that and waited about 3 minutes before opening the door that said employees only and yelled. Finally someone came but they were just rude.

The inside of the restaurant was disgusting dirty and trash everywhere. The windows were filthy.
And they had a sign on the menu that said prices are not accurate. How can the sonic franchise allow this. With the sonics In Florida, I have never had this experience. I will never return to this disgusting establishment

The worst drive thru!! First one lane of drive thru is closed but they don’t tell you till you pull up to order!! Then the order kiosk are down but again they don’t have any sign till you press the button. Like why not put signs prior so the customer that pays for their salary isn’t I convince, it’s bad enough the one in Wayne nj was closed permanently but Middletown ny says to hell with the customer!!! Burger King should buy this one

This Sonic unlike others did not have the rolling blade employee at the time. When going to ther drive through there are two lanes however the day I went there was a sign that said it was out of order on the menu. We had to back the car up and go into the other lane with another car already in back of us. Other than that the food was great and it was made fast.

Slow drive thru lane, store closed, stalls closed. Probably only one person working in there by themselves. Why even bother?

The one lane at the drive though has been out of order for weeks and the only sign is on the ordering box so you have to back up once you’re already in the lane. It takes WAY too long for service. I think most days there is only 1 person working. This could be a booming business if it was properly staffed and they fixed the equipment. Never been through the drive through in under 20 mins.

A horrible experience, Everyone there is very rude and very short with you especially the Latina woman with the butterfly tattoos on her arm/wrist. She’s very short with me and very rude. I’ve had multiple different occasions where she hasn’t given me the right order and refused to fix it accusing it was my fault. My girlfriend had a situation where she Went to go pick up my food, and she first said that the order was never placed, and then made my girlfriend go back around, and then when she went back to the window had given her the wrong thing and then said that she had not messed up the order and that it was on us and that there was nothing she could And told her to basically leave the line. And my sister’s at another occasion where her drinks have been messed up constantly and constant rudeness I can say for certain that me and my family included and loved ones will not be going to that establishment or location anymore until there’s a change to the atmosphere.

Absolutely disgusting. We saw Sonic on our route so we put in a mobile order but there was no option to remove the bun (I’m gluten free) under customize. So when I arrived I asked if it would be possible to make my cheeseburger without the bun since I have gluten allergy and the drive thru employee said yes. When I received the bag, I looked inside and found my child’s burger and jalapeno poppers and my order without a bun and a third wrapper with a half eaten cheeseburger inside. So I pulled into a parking spot and went inside to show them. The employee took it showed another employee and threw it away. No apology, no offer to remake our order, nothing. I told him that was probably the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in a restaurant. He assured me it didn’t touch the other food in our bag. That was it. Needless to say I will never return to Sonic.
